    Hi guys

My 2019 Domi Ug has clocked 3k. Today i had gone for a ride and felt that the bike wobbles at higher speeds or while taking corners at higher speeds. Is this usual? .

I usually rev match and down shift while taking curves. What i felt is that the bike feels very light. I was riding continuously in the rain. So maybe the mrfs Are the cause. Will putting better tires reduce this or is a problem specific to my bike?

A small advise for Bengaluru people from me.
I bought Dominar 2019 from KHIVRAJ Marathahalli 1 month back and while buying the bike when I asked for discount they instead offered me Premium service wherein they will pickup and drop bike for servicing.
Now they tell me service has been discontinued and service guys say that there was never such service.
Though my first service of bike was ok without any issues but I would definitely not recommend buying bike from them specially on any false promises.

Wanted to buy a cover for my dominar as I'll be going out of town for a month. Was searching on Amazon but everything had a mixed review. Did anyone buy a cover for the bike which serves the purpose of protecting it from the dust ? Could you share the link please

If the wobble was only felt in rain then definitely it is the MRF. If it is there in normal dry condition then it could be wheel balancing or something with coneset.
Rev matching is actually not needed with slipper clutch , it handles the ups and downs of rpm.

Thank you . The wobble is only present at higher speeds like above 120 or while accelerating hard . I think its due to my low weight of 65[emoji16]

What are the symptoms of coneset problems and any way to daignose wheel balancing issues on my own

I think you Bike is fine, you need to tuck and roll[emoji38] to avoid wind blast. This wobble could only be due to wind blast i am also feather weight like you. I always tuck at speed above 120 with cross wind and head wind. With heavy cross wind mrf rear give good enough fishtail effect.
Still to rule out coneset issue it is good if u get it checked too tight cone bolt can also cause high speed wobble so does the wheel balancing issue. And in process make sure both front forks are in good condition with any oil leaks.

This is what some of the riders have used. Say it's large enough to cover the bike. Click image for larger version

Yaa i think its because i dont tuck and ride. Will try and update.I rember the wobble started when i tried riding upright after tucking. Must get the basics right

Any workaround for back break . Although i believe engine breaking is sufficient for the dominar to shed speed.

So being a hardcore Yamaha fan, what made you choose a bike from Bajaj stable? And why Dominar in particular?
Thanks. 2 strokes from my school days. So been associated with blue smoke for sometime.

With regards to Dominar: I was trying to come up with my expectation that matches my few basic requirements. Cost, maintenance, power. After carefully studying the market and Japs was bit on the higher side in that segments so decided to settle for Dominar.

Not doing much rides these days so had to be content with my investment.

Took Dominar 2018 for Kolli hills ride, was impressed with power and performance. So planned to buy but then D400 UG was making some news, so waited for the release and read the reviews and bought the bike.

I will share the pics as and when I start to tour.

I think Bajaj has changed electricals and routed it differently so that we may not install Hazard light by plug-n-play method. Has anybody installed Plug-n-play Hazard light on new Dominar 400 ? If someone can help me out, i'll be grateful. Check the Hazard light module :

Hello.. I'm facing this issue at the engine side and not sure why.. The SVC guy said it's some fume condensation and normal in rain.. Indian Dominatorz group suggested that it needs to be looked into and not normal..

Can anyone suggest me what is to be done and if you have faced this issue, how was it resolved?

P.S. Don't mind the dirt as the bike is not washed a week and it's raining like anything here and it gets the same in an hour of riding...

Some of the changes i did on my ride are as follows

                              Visor and KTM knuckle guard.
Front and rear tyres changed to RALCO Speedblaster with upsizing both of them
Went for a one night ride to MountAbu and it was an excellent trip with two other friends on their bikes.
Dominar is a perfect bike to have with the price point its been sold, power is tapped exactly as needed compared to duke which feels insane compared to dominar.
Havana green is a looker and people surely gives a look at what passed by.We covered 567 kms and i got the FE of 40.18KMPL which i am highly impressed.
Did this trip after getting my first service done. There was some vibrations on the right side of my tank which was duly opened and upon inspecting the bold holding tank was missing on the right side of tank which was fitted properly. There has been complains on the right side guard bolts breaking up and so bajaj have asked all their ASS to change the bolts broken FOC and the ones that come with complains refit them with their thread locker LOCTITE additive.Click image for larger version

You have oil leak from the stator coil wire exit,a common problem with Dominars. You can use Anabond sealant after cleaning the bike. Make sure all the dirt and muck is washed from the engine casing, wipe it off clean. Use an RTV sealant (apart from the RED sealant) make sure it's applied around the rubber boot, and let it dry. You shouldn't have any more leaks. Make sure, you mildly lift the rubber boot and apply the sealant under it so it forms an even seal.

                                Simple fix.

                                Cheers!

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                                The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

                                THE END
