        Check the headlight assembly in the morning, there are screws between the high beam and the low beam separation where the led sits.

            Hi All,

            I need input form you guys after reaching completing to 6400kms. I have send my bike for 3rd service and upgraded engine oil to motul 10w40 and changed my oil filter,air filter and cleaned my fi system at SVC. After taking my bike form service center and i started to ride i feel like its vibrating like anything after 50kmph. I fee that might be due to engine oil upgrade bike might be adjusting. I rode around 300kms and situation is same or worse. I again went to the SVC the At Sprit yamaha pune, I told same situation to him and he checked and told me that its due to the tappet issue. I already know that there is tappet sound in FZ 25 but now this time its huge with knocking sound and felling the vibration in my hands.on the other side one of my fired used the shell advance ultra and its bike runs like anything. Guys please suggest what could be possible cause of the problem.

            Vibrations are due to Motul oil or other issues??
            Can FZ 25 digest full synthetic engine oil without any issue??
            Any of you guys have faced the same issue?

              I posted on this thread about my experience with motul 10w40. It increases vibrations. Now I've run 1500kms with motul an the vibes are too bad.
              About your case I cannot say it's due to motul since you're reporting heavy vibrations

                best solution is to get it checked at service station for vibrations.

                    Could you update us on what has been done to FI system. I mean what all service has been done to these parts and how? Cost breakup of bill please. That should provide some good information to help better.

                      Today morning ,
                      I noticed that some air was gushing out from beneath my Fz 25 , the bike was idle and i turned it on for warming it up early in the morning.
                      Is it normal ?

                                This bike is not a corner craver. Please ride safe. You need higher end power on entry and exit corners and lower band on the apex reach point.

                                You also need better tyres (fz25 tyres are good) and a sorted chassis for cornering. Wouldn't recommend trying to do hyper cornering on this one. The nose dives and the bar is light. Be aware of this. Cheers !
