Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I think due to law, factory settings for beam is at lowest. Adjusting will help. Have you tried?Originally posted by skyliner34 View Post

Show room people are telling still 10 more days whenever i callOriginally posted by Mani_K View PostAre you serious? I've pretty much heard "end of the month" since the last 6 weeks!
First, the registrations were to commence before the end of March - Then came the BS3 fiasco.
And now it's moved to end of April?

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I sold ma tb350 coz of maintenance....its too costly to maintain...changed chain and ball raiser 2 tyms within 17000 kms...nw owner of fz25...its gvng me more cmfrt dan tb...tb has a gud seating posture...bt d suspnsn is really horrible..Originally posted by HD_Rider View PostI am also looking towards buying a new bike but TB350 seems to be growing on me. Today I test rode Mojo, handling felt to be heavy in comparison to TB350. Wrist started paining. Same I felt with Dominar but slightly less than Mojo.
When I test rode FZ25, the bike simply blended with the traffic conditions of Gurgaon. Its so easy and comfortable to ride it.
My wrist is still paining [emoji21]
Read somewhere today, that Himalayan maybe coming anytime this year with FI and ABS. If so, it would be worth waiting for.

Even I am thinking of selling my tb350 but the problem is that it is registered in Pune. So, getting NOC is little difficult for me.

High beam picture
See the below video for the factory settings of headlight FZ25
YAMAHA FZ 250 HEADLIGHT | FZ 25 is a fantastic all rounder machine. let's see how does the headlight performs on the bike.ALSO CHECKOUT OTHER HEADLIGHT COMPA...
Below video which shows the headlight throw after adjustments
You wont find much difference in the pictures or video. But trust me in reality the beam throw has been significantly improved. The road was not lengthy enough to give a better picture. You can actually see the light beaming into the building in the picture when high beam is switched on.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
On April 2nd I was told that registrations will start once they are done delivering the BS3 vehicles sold.Originally posted by vsbharani View PostShow room people are telling still 10 more days whenever i call
Today, I was told that they're having to get RTO approvals stamped on my invoice (No clue what that meant). In the mean time I've got messages on my mobile, confirming application and issuance of insurance for the vehicle.
I'm planning to go visit the dealer on Wednesday and not leave until I'm informed of all the proceedings, as they are happening.
The FZ 25 is parked at the dealer's since the last few weeks and so is my money!
All this while you see our fellow riders from other parts of the country getting to take home registered FZ 25s.
OT:
I didn't want to ride the unregistered vehicle, though since last month a couple of dealers were ready to part with the bike upon payment. And now since the last 2 days I see videos popping up on social media, where riders in our city are being stopped at intersections claiming that they were racing on city streets. These riders were adorning full riding gear and mention that they're being targeted because they're wearing proper riding gear.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Thanks, that helped.Originally posted by ankit.traveller View Post1. Check proper tightness of battery terminals
2. Check rear fender alignment to tyres.
3. Odo should not be 0 and more than 10
4. Check for any visible damage to paint and seat.
5. Check all fluids level and any leakage.
6. Idle the engine and see it should not stall after warm up for 2-3 minutes.
7. Check the connection of meter wire and nearby area for any hand stains.
8. Check throttle, clutch and brakes smooth operation.
9. Start and stop warmed engine rapidly and randomly.
10. Take a short test ride. They will not allow you before temp registration but force them for atleast a km.
Today took the delivery of vehicle, will update the details soon. Short ride is awesome! Keeping the revs low for now. I must admit the break in period is really a tough phase!

Thank you so much Nikhil for your effort. I was waiting for this.
As performance of headlight being the only concern that discourages me to go ahead an and book FZ25, your post spreads some light to my thoughts. Being not able to install auxiliary/spot lights, as it voids the Electrical warranty, I was really worried about the current LED headlights.
Now I hope I can live with the current headlight. Please do share if you have any tips for me.
Ride safe brother!

I too got my FZ25 on Sunday. As you mentioned above, the throttle response is unbelievable and it takes all the control in my head to not rev madly during the break in periodOriginally posted by 337699 View PostThanks, that helped.

One issue I faced was that the engine gets heated after some 3 or 4 kms of riding in Bangalore traffic.
I checked with the showroom guys regarding this and they said nothing to worry and it may take few days for the engine to get set up.
So wanted to know if anyone else also faced this heating issue near the footpegs.
P.S :- I bought my beast at Anurag Motors, Bull temple road, Bangalore.
This is one of the few showrooms which is providing a Test Drive in Bangalore as far as I was able to check.
