Some people may maintain four wifes I may try to have a good bike .
I am also looking towards buying a new bike but TB350 seems to be growing on me. Today I test rode Mojo, handling felt to be heavy in comparison to TB350. Wrist started paining. Same I felt with Dominar but slightly less than Mojo.

When I test rode FZ25, the bike simply blended with the traffic conditions of Gurgaon. Its so easy and comfortable to ride it.

My wrist is still paining [emoji21]

Read somewhere today, that Himalayan maybe coming anytime this year with FI and ABS. If so, it would be worth waiting for.

if you are not interested in sport aspect of these bikes best stick to thbrd.

surprised mojo gave you pain but not on dominar. i thought dominar had a bit of front end feedback.

one thing to note though on long rides over 300 kms best to share some weight between wrist and butt. will not give you numb butt.

Mojo surprised me too. I took the test ride alone but for dominar there was the showroom guy as pillion. Traffic conditions same for both rides.

Booking are open for Himalayan BS 4 and will be launched next month. While EFI is included, ABS is still a dream with RE, Off course cost is up by 30 K as for as i know.

They have started exporting ABS fitted Himalayan to UK and also, CL500 now gets rear disc brake for UK exports. Swing arm and brake set up same as that of Thunderbird.

Would Offtopic for thread but here it goes .

It is true that they are exporting them but it is to comply with local laws . Unless govt forces it down their throat, i do not expect RE to do any favor to us mango man in near future. Look at other companies of eicher group & their revenue, you will understand what i am saying. Group derives all it;s profits from RE and have huge margins on each bikes but still we do not get safety features like ABS .

Is their any issue if wheel cracking in FZ 16 or earlier models.
Can u glide on the bad patch of the road without worrying about alloy wheels?

                Pls help

Get a used duke 200/390. Put Himalayan front suspension and rear from Unicorn, with rims & tires from Himalayan. You are ready to move. Doing it on my friend's bike. Hoping for best result.

                  Hey Guys,

How is the gearbox now? Heard a lot about it being very hard...
Still hard after 1st service? Is everyone facing same issue still?

Also, saw a video where a guy uses fz16 key on fz25 and it worked, also vice versa worked, what's up with that?

Himalayan uses narrower forks right? So how its done ?
And why unicorn rear suspension? Why not Himalayans or Impulse's mono shock?
                    Just curious to know.

And what do you plan to achieve by doing such a surgery on the 390 ?

I don't think it should be a problem over normal potholes. I ride a duke and it has been thru its fair share of very bad potholes at speeds in excess of 60kmph without any damages. What is important here is to maintain the correct tire pressures. most of the folks usually fill up much more than the recommended tire pressures, and that might cause rim damage because the tire doesn't deform and the force of the impact is transferred to the rim which may result in damages.

With the spoke wheels I am not afraid of breaking.
I know a guy who off-roads on a bone stock fz16 and stands on the foot pegs and rides across bad patches like its nothing. The alloys held up very well, though he had to change the front wheel bearings after a couple of years.
So I assume the fz25 shouldn't have an issue with standing on footpegs or alloys.. that's just my assumption until someone really takes it offroad and thrashes it and gives their review.

Would be extremely helpful to folks who are thinking to gain more juice from their Duke 390. Post your experiences along with the continuum of this on the 390 thread. Personally, would be glad to see the outcome of this mod. Keep us entertained.

Once upon a time, a guy asked a girl 'Will you marry me?'
                            The girl said, 'NO!'

And the guy lived happily ever after and rode motorcycles and watched sport on a big screen TV, went fishing and surfing, and played golf a lot, and drank beer and scotch and had tons of money in the bank and left the toilet seat up and farted whenever he wanted.

The Manual says 29 PSI for both tyres. Service centre guys were recommending the usual 32 front and 28 rear. What's the correct PSI for such tyres??. Ideally for these size of tyres 32 and 28 seem ideal.
