Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Quality is well above average, although not Yamaha standard. But engine is a beauty. Fantastic torque curve, beautiful to ride for 100-150 kms at a stretch in the 95-105 kph range, has awesome climbing capacity and is pretty smooth. Till 15600 kms at least, no issues at all with engine.Originally posted by Imran Syed View PostI own Hero Honda hunk now it's 68k on odo with new clutch plates recently changed ..first time I'm trying Yamaha hope the engine is good at least

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
If you are 'upgrading', don't go from 150cc to 200/250cc. You'll get used to the power in less than a month and it'll not feel like an upgrade. If you want more power and can spend, look for something 300+cc. Go for the 200/250cc segment if you're looking for a replacement for your current bike.Originally posted by Imran Syed View PostI own Hero Honda hunk now it's 68k on odo with new clutch plates recently changed ..first time I'm trying Yamaha hope the engine is good at least

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Tbh this isn't the right time to buy this motorcycle as ABS deadline is just 3 months away. obviously its going to be launched 1-1.5 month before that. even if they l
launch single channel ABS version, it's still better than no ABS. i would say wait a bit more and get ABS version instead. it will be even more awesome.Fz25 2018 (ABS retrofitted)

ABS justifies that price and is a life saver, if you can wait, definitely go for the ABS version.Originally posted by Imran Syed View PostYeah I heard from the showroom guys but it will cost 15k more ..apart from abs no extra features
also the maintenance/ running cost of the bike is on lower side, so you will be able to save your money there.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
At best you'll need to add/replace the rims, ECU, sensors, parts of the braking system, parts of the wiring harness, etc. Plus the labor charges. Even after all that the working is not guaranteed. It might be better, cheaper even, to just sell the bike and buy a new one.Originally posted by Shamanth Gowda View PostCan we get abs installed for non abs bike from showroom?
