Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
It might just improve handling, but would be bad for off-roads. The tyre profile is less, meaning a sharper handling.Originally posted by Shamanth Gowda View PostDue to emergency circumstances I changed the rear Tyre to 140/60. Will it affect bike's handling or any issue may arise coz of less thick tyre? Please let me know

Ok bro nothing else to be worried about right? Coz yesterday my bike's rear Tyre burst in middle of nowhere and due to local help I could source new tyre. My bad that I didn't Change the old tyre. Yes bro tyre was 17k km used. Was planning to change at 20k. Yesterday went to hogenakkal and while coming back tyre had worn completely which I didn't notice. Then bike started to wobble, I slowed down and tyre went kaput. Luckily town was just 3km away and few bikers helped me out. I had no option to choose, so got mrf rev z _y of fz150 specOriginally posted by Amrit.Singh View PostTyre burst? 😯😯 What tyre switch to?

Do you offroad a lot? 17k and completely worn out, sounds new to me.Originally posted by Shamanth Gowda View PostTyre pressure was 30. Tyre had worn at the centre completely. No cracks.
After multiple punctures, post 7000kms, my tyre loses air pressure to 10s within 2 days of filling. (Half the time I ride around with 1 digit pressure :P) Currently at 12K kms, even then, it still has more than half of the grooves/treads left.

My daily travel is 45 km on highway. Speed at 80 to 110. Maybe coz of more speed than in city condition, tyre worn out early. Not even a single puncture since I bought the bike. You may have got defective tyre. Try 31 psi instead of 29.Originally posted by ramdante View PostDo you offroad a lot? 17k and completely worn out, sounds new to me.

Hornet also uses the same tire, some owners of hornet have used for more than 25k kilometers, it's strange that your tire got worn out so fast !Originally posted by Shamanth Gowda View PostMy daily travel is 45 km on highway. Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Was wondering the same.have not replaced anything . bike is 14000 km old....and have started to hear tick sound on bumps specially when brakes are applied....ie compressed front suspension .Originally posted by rajan_coolrock00 View PostSometimes in off road ride or hard braking, I hear that 'tick' sound from front end.
Is my steering head bearing damaged?
Just replaced TripleT, steering head bearing and Handle 1 days ago.
Bearing or front suspension overhaul??
