Thanks for the advice on the anticlockwise adjustment of the headlight.. Helped a lot.. Headlight is much much better now.. Range is improved but still wish led were bit brighter....

It sounds strange but it's true to a large extent, since my low beam was too low I raised it myself (someone already posted the adjustment screw just turn it anti-clockwise, I turned ~20 cycles) and vibration seems to come down to great extent, weird relationship but works.

Service guys said, they checked everything, forks, cone, alignment etc.etc. everything is fine and they also tested no wobble at 70 kmph, voila when I tested wobble remains, cursed service guys real bad and decided to take things to myself, started with wheel balancing since that's the easiest, ~80gms weight added on either sides (it is normal for any new wheel to be not perfectly balanced due to die-cast process as per balancing guy) and guess what no wobble at any speed now, mild vibrations noticed >90kmph but no wobble
Word of advice for Bangalore FZ-25 owners -
Never ever visit Laxmi International (arekere), their technicians have zero knowledge on FZ-25 and they do all kind of trial and error, instead of resolving the problem mentioned they do R&D and create new problem. Even their so called service manager has 0 knowledge on this bike.
