Guys, if i changed the brake/clutch levers with aftermarket parts, will it void any warranty. Any information?

Seating posture is straight, weak head light beam, no wind shield, engine gets heated up very quickly due to no liquid cooling.

i would not fall into the warranty trap yamaha bikes arw usually built to last, if you opt for warranty u will have to service the bike at the svc and also pay as per svc price list, it also means u cannot change or do any kind of mod in your bike.
the spares are cheap and you have insurance too. so doesnot make sense in buying a extra warranty. Instead of that i have noticed many riders dont wear proper safety gears. Invest in safety gears.

I am touring on motorcycle (fiero, unicorn, karizma r) since 10 years. Clocked more odo on touring rather than city rides.
              Comming to fz25-
-straight seat posture actually helps in long rides.
              - After adjusting beam HL is good for riding on dark highways below 100kmph.
              - This motorcycle is not meant for power on high revs and high speed touring, this is low end torque machine. Wind factor comes only after 110kmph. Yes an aftermarket windshield can help but not necessary.
              - Engine heats up? Are you serious? Its only 21bhp from 250cc. New engine will certainly heat up but that doesn't cause any problem like stalling, power loss etc. All air cooled new engine heats up more be it 150cc or 250cc.

engine has never heated up for me, you should see the duke amd the tnt 300 heat up, even the new street rod heats up.
wind shield will help dodge some wind, head light needs adjusting as mentioned several times.

Bro it entirely depends on ur own where and how u want to take/ride ur byk. I have shared my experience as I am riding from last 16 years and this is my 5th byk with 3.75 lakhs kilometer all together.
I have adjusted the light and it's not sufficient. Engine heating is there after run in period also. If I m a true cruiser then I have to cruise around 3 digit speeds. Straight posture is suitable for long rides for sure. And aftermarket accessories can make Tvs heavy duty a touring byk as well. If I am planning to buy a byk for a purpose (sports/commuting/touring) I have to understand the byk first.

Yes bro that's why I wrote not to compare with Duke. Fz25 is a very good machine. It has its own characteristics.

Regarding over heat, pl share exactly what happened?

See after buying the byk I have never rev hard till date. But taken it for short highway ride for 150kms approx @4000rpm. Every time I took it got heated up. Not only with me but also with 2 of my friends who own the same.

So engine stalled, knock felt, engine light came on, power loss? Because in FI there us temperature sensor and if temp cross over specified limit then engine malfunction light will glow. How many kms you have done exactly? Where do you live?
