Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Nothing to worry !!! I changed due to coin rattling noise which is common in all fz25 but I was not aware at that time. Thanks to Yamaha and svc who agreed to replace for my satisfaction.Originally posted by 93nikhilverma View Postoo shit? what happened to that...this is to terrifying... omg what caused this? how do i know if my bike is also a victim

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
The engine knocking/vibrations that used to occur at approx 5000rpm, which everyone thought was part and parcel of this bike, had disappeared they moment I switched to Motul from Yamalube. So for me there's no way I'm going back to Yamalube.Originally posted by PrinceCruise View PostIt's not, in fact Yamalube SL 10W40 FS is one of the best out there (used for R3). Of course there are better(depending upon your riding and environment) options but in no ways it should be considered useless.
What's useless is, public's fascination with putting performance oriented engine oils in not-so-performance-oriented engines.
Regards.
Any facts or proof to support that claim?
Regards.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
so basically there's no difference after u got the engine head replaced ? it's exactly the same... exactly 100% same right?Originally posted by ankit.traveller View PostStill there. But its not a problem for me anymore as it doesn't effect performance and its only between 4k to 5k rpm a bit.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Absolutely..exact same after replacement. Infact svc had brought pre assembled engine head from factory and at svc just tighten it along with new head gasket.Originally posted by 93nikhilverma View Postso basically there's no difference after u got the engine head replaced ? it's exactly the same... exactly 100% same right?
