Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
after the oil change have covered around 300kms.Till now it's performing brilliantly.I will surely give a review after 3000-4000kms.Regarding yamalube,it's a good oil but the performance is good till 1500kms max .Before 300v have used 7100 twice.7100 can last anywhere between 3000-3500kms.Originally posted by 93nikhilverma View Post

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
ok bro thanks alot... will see if the svc guy can allow me to use motul otherwise I'll just ask him not to change my oil during service [emoji23]
another question is how often have you guys changed your rear disk pad my odo is 3357 kilometres and see the picture of my rear disc pad... are these worn out? is this much of disc pad consumption normal?

disc pads look fine.it can easily last for next 1000-1500kms.I had changed my pads last time at around 4500kms.My odo reading is now 8100,front brake pad is still in good shape.Originally posted by 93nikhilverma View Postok bro thanks alot... will see if the svc guy can allow me to use motul otherwise I'll just ask him not to change my oil during service [emoji23]

it can last you a long time if you use rear brakes optimally.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hi.. What difference did you notice when switching from 7100 to 300v? Is there any oil seal break coz of using Motul (since it's ester based)? Even I'll change the oil to Motul after second service around 5000km. Thanks for sharing.Originally posted by SASWAT NAYAK View Postafter the oil change have covered around 300kms.Till now it's performing brilliantly.I will surely give a review after 3000-4000kms.Regarding yamalube,it's a good oil but the performance is good till 1500kms max .Before 300v have used 7100 twice.7100 can last anywhere between 3000-3500kms.

in 300v bike feels a bit smoother and the gear shifts are now buttery smooth.Even at 7000+ rpm the bike feels much smoother.I have been using motul since 1200kms on my odo and till now I haven't faced any such issue..touchwood[emoji28]Originally posted by Shamanth Gowda View PostHi.. Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Chain slider rubber seems swollen at the point where it touches chain. IMO not normal.Originally posted by 93nikhilverma View Postdoes anyone has this problem?
the chain touches the rubber part on the swing arms and thus cleans one part of the chain... is this normal please advise????
