After my bike's 2nd service on 3-12-2017 the issue solved 90%
buy a rubber padding & fix with pedal the issue will go away.

Hey, thanks...lots of relief just to hear that. One thing though. Was it too much? As in, was the vibration causing tingling in your foot even sometime after the ride?Originally posted by niharx View PostAfter my bike's 2nd service on 3-12-2017 the issue solved 90%

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
I have the tingling even at as low speeds as 40 Kmph. I just completed my first service, but the gear is still hard and rough as day one. I didn't mention it separately as I thought the issue resolves itself once the oil is changed as everyone said the bike changes completely after 1st service. Either they didn't do a good job or it needs some form of adjustment. But it seems to have become worse. Will have to go again tommorrow to get it checked.Originally posted by JyotishmanS View PostHey, thanks...lots of relief just to hear that. One thing though. Was it too much? Yes.Originally posted by niharx View PostAny one know how to access this bulb ?

I changed it myself.
First, open the side bolts with Allen key.
Then remove the windshield with screwdriver.
Once you have opened windshield, you will se sockets there and a rubber padding in middle. Behind the rubber strap, there are 2 bolts, open them with Allen key.
Now the headlight unit will come out. Pull it out and on the backside you will se Auxiliary bulb socket going inside, pull it out, then pull the bulb directly, insert the new and close the whole headlight unit.
That's pretty much easy. I did this for 1st time and all went smooth.

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Hey bro, my tingling too starts after about 40kph, but I'm not too bothered. It should be a small niggle. Regarding your gear, please ask the svc people to adjust gear pressure. Yamaha has kept gear pressure high during production.Originally posted by Joe29 View PostI have the tingling even at as low speeds as 40 Kmph. Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
They tinkered with the clutch and said thats the best they can do. It is a bit more manageable now. But they gifted me chain noise. Don't know if its because its loose or tight. Showed it to them today and they just lubed the front sprocket and told its like that. And all the service centers here don't have a good reputation. Have to figure out what to do now.Originally posted by JyotishmanS View PostHey bro, my tingling too starts after about 40kph, but I'm not too bothered. It should be a small niggle. I had a small Update aswell. Went to another Service center and it seems Yamaha has issued a Dealer Service Action for replacing the clutch hub assembly for all bikes reporting hard gear shifts. Another thing he told was that the rear sprocket bushing or something related to that also has to be replaced for the chain noise to change because alignment can't be corrected with the current set. This also an advisory from Yamaha. Only thing is getting stock of the spares is a huge task and wait
.

Aren't you sure?
And if YAMAHA has issued this, then how long we have to wait to get it replaced?
Explain further please.😀

Re: Yamaha FZ 25 Owners Reviews and Experiences
Anyone knows any Solution of Handle Bar vibrations at 5k rpm?
It is very irritating. I don't revv bike now above 4.5k rpm just because of these irritating vibrations.
If anyone have solution, please help.
I have also tried rubber handle bar grips, but this didn't help.
