when they started the diagnostics there was some issue & red symbol was shown then they have done something for 10-20 mins ,they are doing something mechanically on the fi itself so they hv not done any update.(i was talking on the phone at that time so failed to notice properly)

No.i dont feel it because i never try to do such thing when i need to accelerate i always downshift then accelerate again and then go to upshift.....

I raised the question because the bike always seems to have power available, in any rev band. That said, you're right.

Today when i start my bike at 12 pm and start riding after traveling 1km when i accelerate i suddenly feel jerk from the engine dont know what but i feel that fuel supply was stop for a little time then i stop my bike and check the engine then start the engine again then there is nothing wrong,it happens 1st time ever in 2½months anyone experience this issue...

Normally I start my bike and warm up the engine l for atleast 1 min in idle inignition on condition then turn off then again ignition on and start riding but today I didn't warm up my engine so is there any chances this thing happened....

happened to me 3-4 times total
fuel quality issue i guess

Hello guys...

I bought my FZ25 in last month.. now nearly 500km on oddo...
From past 3,4 days I'm hearing some strange sound from engine like everyone said something like coin rattling sound...

Will it has any impact on engine?

Do I need to go SVC to resolve this or can I wait for first service?

Is there ant solution for this problem?
Bcz I'm missing the feeling of brand new bike...

Only solution is to ignore this and ride hard after run in period. Technically its not an issue, just a sound. More you ride sane more you will hear sound. Use good quality helmet to filter sound.

i have that same coin rattling sound(tappet sound) from the very beginning ,upto 2000kms i was really worried after that i got good helmet.
now at 4600 kms tappet noise is gone ,now a days i dont hear that sound .
its normal for the engine ,ride hard after servicing & it will be sorted out on its own.

Are you sure about the 'ride hard and ignore' part? My FZ has lost some power after 4500km on the odo. In fact, the loss is so easily noticeable, the SVC mechanics did not give me any BS after they tried the bike. They tell me it's a problem with valve clearance. And then there's the gearbox. Shifting below 2nd gear has become practically impossible while on the move. The gears are hard AF on one day, and the next they go all mushy, making it extremely difficult to get used to the bike. I might be wrong on this one, but after the noise started, the engine has been steadily failing at holding revs in neutral. The RPM fluctuates wildly between below 1000 RPM to over 1600 RPM. Nor does the engine accelerate smoothly in any gear. The jerkiness in acceleration is increasing with every kilometer.
Even with all its flaws, I really don't want to let go of my bike. I really love it, but if a 3-month old bike is giving me these many problems, I really don't know what else to do.

I suggest you to try fill petrol other than your regular pump. Seems like poor quality fuel issue.
