But the looks of this bike is so better than Apache in my opinion...I don't like Apache front portion but I like the colours offered by TVS.......I wish Yamaha fz25 had that Matt grey colour...I love that colour...
May be quality issue is specific to your fz25. In general there is no issues like you mentioned. Yes headlight was shaky in mine too but fixed after beam adjustment. And yes RTR also a very good bike in price tag but at the end its carb and less torqy with 50cc less.

I guess powder coating the pipe might help it get longer life but again the heat dissipation might be affected. Im not too sure if it will affect performance.
It’s a powder coated part. Hence it’s a bit Matt finished.
As it’s slightly Matt finished, it provides excellent grip to mud, dirt and other grime. If it had smoother finish, we could clean it neatly. Best, I think is adding a small wider plastic mudguard as an extension to front mudguard. This should catch the dirt and drop it to the ground.

I know but that are small niggles, not quality issue. People have already done tough terrains like ladakh, spiti etc and saddle sore, 1200km in a day with luggage and pillion without any single issue. Different type of niggles are with every bike, even with superbikes also but that doesn't mean its quality issue with some exceptions in specific bike.

In my case initially head light was shaky and flickering during slight bad roads but after adjusting beam flickering went away.

No no ...bro it is the quality issue I also checked the Gixxer, hornet, ns 200 front mudguard and headlight too those parts are very solid and they didn't have a small niggles but luckily Yamaha give these niggles to its fz25 customers...

No.i dont feel it because i never try to do such thing when i need to accelerate i always downshift then accelerate again and then go to upshift.....

If only these 2 issues are not letting you enjoy your bike and creating doubts in your mind then I would suggest you to sell your bike asap, you will get approx amount to buy new rtr200/ns200/gixxer/hornet and be in peace of mind for long term. Else forget and enjoy the torque.

I dont know about the front mudguard but my headlight definitely doesn't shake. I think these quality issues are only present on your bike. Get it checked.

Regrading the headlight i have written a email to yamaha and checked with few SVC guys as per their input the rubber cushionsing is given to stand the vibrations and only because of that the headlight shaking is there
Regarding the mudguard i didnt feel any inferior quality of plastics been used and also i had the shaking issue which was rectified by tightening the supporting screws. Only thing i felt about the mudguard is its not serving the purpose splashing water all over during rain.

Why is there no mention of engine oil type?
