    Has anybody opened front sprocket cover? As the third nut is deep inside, what size of T wrench should be used?

There is no mechanical logic to this but try this losen the Crown nut , and remove right side pinch bolt and ride for short distance try to take as many right turns and no left and tighten it . See if this resolves this has worked for me for short durations.

          Has anyone tried to overgearing the bike?? I think the rc 200 rear sprocket 43teeth will be a direct fit but have my doubts regarding the same..can someone help me out on this

              Yes, Many times but it is not a permanent solution maybe if I find the right torques and torque it down it may hold the configuration longer. But the no of times I have taken the front myself and people at SVC there is no guarantee that things are not slipping and many threads have widened etc.

                        After close to 3 months with my FZ25 and my riding primarily restricted to Bangalore city and a couple of rides on Hosur/Nice road, I finally got a chance to do a longer ride to Vellore and back last weekend. It was an extremely comfortable ride, I stuck to between 80-90 km/h throughout and was able to cover the 220 km in around 3 hours of riding. The engine was extremely smooth and felt like it could go on all day. Through the trip, I got an average fuel economy of around 38 km/l.

                        A few things that has got me looking expectantly at the Interceptor
                        - This bike cries for a 6th gear. I settled on a 90 km/h cruising primarily because at 100+, the revs were a bit too high for my liking. If it had a 6th gear, it would've been far more relaxing both for the bike and for me
                        - I have a problem with the seating, I feel that the pegs are a bit too much to the rear which puts some pressure on my hips. It is not unbearable but on comfort, I would give it a 7/10
                        - Being a naked bike, the wind blast is a problem above 115, I touched that speed a few times and it wasn't comfortable for me

                        Now that I have started the long rides, my intent is to do at least one 300-400 km every month. I'll be eagerly waiting to hear about the reviews of the Interceptor and see if that is a worthwhile upgrade, in that case, the Yamaha becomes more of a city and short haul bike

                          Glad to see you enjoying the bike. Here's a few things you can do to improve its cruising capabilities -
                          1- Get a windshield from AS200 or Fazer.
                          2- Get better tyres, your riding experience will shoot up. Braking, cornering and stability all improve by a lot. Go with Mrf Masseter or Michelin Pilot Street radial if willing to spend a bit more.
                          3- Go to your local seat guy, ask him to plonk an inch of foam. The comfort level improves.
                          4- If you are not obsessed with spirited city accelerations, over gear the bike for a better top end and relaxed highway rides. But don't fiddle around, visit an expert and experienced mechanic.

                            My bike is at 15k kms right now and my bike has crazy vibrations between 3 and 4000 rpm. Post that it is nice and normal . U can visually see the handlebars shake in that 3000-4000rpm band.
                            Did you have the same experience?
                            I have been trying to sort this issue out for a while now.

                              I have been trying to sort this issue out for a while now.
                              Do u notice the vibration when accelerated from 45 in 5th?Does your tank also vibrate in that rpm range?

                              This was what happening in my bike and it was due to the chain sprockets. Now, after replacement the bike just rides like new.

                                Regarding the handle, is it vibrations or wobbles?
