Thank you meanwhile ,Yeah the service manual also says the same !!

To maintain speeds below 50 for 750-1000 kms !

              Hi xbhpians,

Today I rode the bike for 10 kms, after parking the bike ,I am hearing the "Tik-Tik" noise from engine !! (Yesterday bought the bike)

              What's the cause !?

The engine gets heated up much ,as I rode him only within city limits !!! (General thing on new engine).

But IDK what's the reason or myth about that ? Do you guys hear those nowadays or at the time when your Machines were new ??

Any depth info are welcomed !!

              Thanks,
              Ride safe.

With an ideal carb tuning, the engine will fire up in the first crank without any choke/throttle input and will never stall at idling.

Yeah the RPM gauge shows always at #2K steady while the engine fires up (@Nuetral) but it does reduces to (2k rpm to 1.5 often while braking!!)

                        Lol [emoji16] seems mysterious !

BTW , No probs as of now satisfied for the bucks spent
                        Rs. 1 Lakh ,4 thousand !!!

2k rpm is a bit high. Check the idle at:

                          1) After a cold start (after at least 6 hours rest)

                          2) Idle as soon as you stop your bike after warming up [at least 15 mins of riding at ~4k rpm]

                          3) Let it idle for a few seconds (10-15 secs) and see if it drops to a lower value

Yeah I hope after 10 secs the RPM reduces from 2K to 1.6,1.7K !

Bro , are you hearing that "Tik-Tik" sounds from engine ?? (After the bike is at halt)
