Thank you all for replying and helping me with my previous post.

Off late I'm finding it difficult to start the bike in traffic. I switch off the engine (kill switch) in traffic and use the self start to start (Note: Kill switch is ON) but it becomes difficult, as the self start fail to respond to the clicks, tried multiple times. When this continue to happen and yet I try hard to start the engine, but after 3 to 4 failed attempts, the engine starts. This is annoying especially in traffic conditions.

Mornings the self start works fine with first click.

      Anybody faced this kindoff problem!

*Does you got FI variant ?

        *Try starting with N (nuetral)

(Coz same issue I'd experienced in my friend's R15) The bike never started I thought WTH was happening .....after five attempts from first gear then I tried starting with nuetral and to my surprise ,the bike started easily !! .

Self start fail to respond to clicks – what do you mean?? The starter motor runs but the engine doesn't start or even the starter motor doesn't respond??

I'm done with 1589 kms till now. I can't really comment vibration because I don't get to go at high speeds. If you ask of vibration @55 to 60kmph it is there a little but it is too little to consider. It's smooth bro for me!

            No disc noise or anything.

One thing I observed on this bike is, I can't really ride this bike on low revs, if I do then it is dead boring.

When it is ridden little harsh I love it 😄

And that self start thing is an issue!

            The starter motor doesn't work.
I click the self start and nothing happens 😄

I often put on neutral during traffic. Experienced this issue both on neutral and in gear.

Get it checked with the SVC for any loose connections

Totally agree with you on that the bike feels boring at low revs, and it simply feels awesome above 4000 RPM. May be its how the engine is tuned. Regarding vibrations post 5000 rpm you will feel a very slight buzz in foot pegs. But nothing on handle bars, seat, tank etc. But engine still feels smooth and not strained.

                        Is it ok now ?

Did you had contact with ASC ? (May be starter coil/ relay switch issues )

As your bike is a new one , ask them for replacement under warranty .

They should replace you ,I hope this helps.

                        Cheers,

Bike can cruise at 50 KMPH in 4K RPM. Engine is smooth in this range and gear box is slick and easy to shift. Since I have been riding a heel and toe shifter with all up pattern, still getting used to the toe shifter and 1 down 4 up pattern. But no big issues, thanks to the smooth gear box.

I have couple of questions to other owners

Bike needs a bit of throttle to start using push button or kick-start, even when its a warm start at any time of the day. Manual says you should start with throttle closed or a small amount of throttle. So not an issue, but in my experience with other two wheelers we dont need throttle open to start. whats your experience?

Idle RPM for the bike in cold or warm start condition is 1100-1200. But after riding for 10 mins or more and then idling its 1500-1700. I dont see a reason why it should increase with engine temperature and never see this with other two wheelers. Is it the same for you?
Hi Did you received the user manual for your bike?

If possible. Click the front cover and warranty page (I can't find any info about the warranty in websites).

Yeah i read in the manual its 5 yrs or 60k Kms. This is great. With Honda i had to purchase extended warranty to cover 5 yrs. But read the terms and conditions in manual carefully as to what is covered and what not.
