Hopefully nothing like thatOriginally posted by lijok View Postcheck if the disc is fine... the only time I rear-ended another rider, my front disc got bend and had to be replaced...
The disc seems to be fine and the braking good...
Will check with the SC tomorrow. Fingers crossed.
Updated:
Everything seems to be fine. Scraped the disc pad further. No more sound (fingers crossed). Met a guy at the SC who was replacing his rear disc pad at 6k kms
(It was completely worn out
)
I asked if he used only the rear brake and he replied "Slow karne ke liye to picche ka hi use karna padta hai na
". Advised him to use front disc more. But don't think he listened

the mirrors are supposed to be treated as a PORTION of the bike itself .. So any judgement of distance and clearance must take into account your mirrors also !!Originally posted by kantu View PostCoz of mirrors i fell down once

It is super irresponsible to ride without them and even more so to have them and not learn to use em ..
And your "moving around in traffic" is waaay easier with mirrors because it makes sure you dont get hit by something from the back !!
Please dont come up with silly things like it may hit something .. Make sure they dont.
Well i dont mean to be harsh .. please dont get me wrong ..
Peace

Please put them back and take it easy for a couple of days... Before you know you'll get used to it!! And yes, it gets easier to move around in traffic without losing precious seconds looking sideways and backwards...

You know what, I broke my right side RVM on the second day. And I have to replace it ever so often, but I still religiously go and buy it the same day and use it all the time.
And moreover, if you need to participate in any xbhp rides, RVMs are mandatory :P
