    Dude it all Depends on mechanic. AFAIK Meghdoot was sugggested by all and next bridgestone , but you said you had bad experience in Meghdoot. Get acquainted with one good mechanic and stick to him.

        ^ yes bro.
        Last day I shot a mail to TVS top brass... three of the mail ids shared in this thread. Today a TVS representative was present at the SVC. Though he did not approve of my own oil changes and also the installation of the K&N filter, he was kind enough to take up the major expenses (cylinder kit and crank) coming to around 5k under warranty.
        Am back on the saddle of my menance..

        Without xbhp this would not have been possible. Glad and proud to be part of this fraternity. Thanks guys!!

                Good thing that you have got your bike in it's original state.

                It's always a long painstaking procedure in claiming vital parts under warranty , no matter which manufacturer it is. That's a sad reality and i hope the manufacturers put more stress on improving the service provided to the customers.

                      I bought cross some 2 years back for 2500 and that thing is not even DOT certified !

                      Replace this -> with this -> .

                          Actual Price was Rs. 2250. He gave a flat 10 % discount. I tried bargaining for Rs. 1800 but to no avail !!

                          I got very tempted seeing the Cross ones, but he quoted a starting price of Rs. 3000. I couldnt afford that !!

                                Had gone there this sunday to get full face masks. He quoted 300 for some alpinestar something , dint know if its a real brand or not looked a lot like DSG logo , i was tempted to get a new helmet , now i will visit again
