I would like to give the feedback of the bike and Big bore kit along with FFE that how they performed on my Saddlesore attempt.
Bike: Awesome performance, rock stable even when cruising above 90 and 100 all the time, no heating issues and none of the parts went kaput, only the plastic above headlamp became loose and good grip from the tires.
Big Bore and FFE ( Joeled ): The parts performed extremely well. Even after riding for more than 1000kms or 1200kms bike was still smooth in its pickup and speed. Not even once felt that engine cannot take more load. The power delivery was awesome. Whenever i will cross any toll the bike would feel happy to quickly rise to speeds above 90 or 100. Many times I maintained average speed above 80 and above 90 but still there was no sign of sluggishness. Cruising above 90 and 100kmph was very much easy. Got mileage close to 32kmpl+ with speeds in excess of 90 and sometimes 100.
Big Bore is 6000kms old and FFE is 9000kms old.
What is the top end speed you could attain with this joeled engine?
My friend could only reach what he could attain in stock Fi (126km/hr).

RPM and speed to maintain till 1K and thereafter,
First service time (at what kms/days) and things to be changed like oil,
2nd service period and essential changes to be taken care

            etc etc..

I will get my ABS in a weeks time.
You will get a manual of the bike along with the bike. Go through it thoroughly.

In my south indian trip I touched 133kmph with full tank and a baggage on back seat. But the important thing is the way it reaches to top speed.

            • Hello Guys!

The revamped Apache's design is a Total Disaster! That thing is not even worth talking about!
Only one positive -attention to detail.
I guess ours gonna be a CLASSIC!
              Will be back later on!

                        • Single decrease in sprocket size can do wonders, my RTR gets 160's 13T sprocket.
This is my stock 14T sprocket, look at the condition, no grooves left

I would advice you to get back to the stock, 14T. Been there. Done that. At least, I was forced to, because of the SVC. You 'll be doing 50kms/hr at 4000rpm in top gear. Vibrations 'd reach you and your girlfriend early since you 've rev more to reach the speed you ride usually. Top-speed takes a toll. Hope, it helps you.

The manual meant for the SVC which, I have says, not to switch the sprockets. 160 runs on 13T, just in case. The manual was sent by TVS to make sure that mechanics don't treat 180 same as 160.

Yes increase in the pick up, although I know I will loose my top end in this case, but I seldom do speed runs
Unable to get bigger sprocket for the rear, seems I have to get it manufactured

Coming to the SVC, my warranty is already over, so its solely my responsibility
