    Vibration from Visor crosshair junctions..
The little blue indications are the place where you get the vibrations from..
Just stick a double sided rubber sticker and the problem will be solved..

Thanks for the info. It actually looks pretty relaxed for a 180cc in comparison w.r.t. a 223cc Zma which does 90kmph at 6k rpm in 5th gear.
And at what rpm/speed do the vibes kick in?

I usually experience vibrations in the 4.5k-6k rpm range, irrespective of the type of oil used. But the degree of vibrations vary depending on what engine oil you're using.

Just ask the SVC guys to stick a double side sticker sheet between the visor and the instrument panel corners.. I did the same and the vibration is gone now..
Thanks bro! will ask the service center guys or do it myself soon.

Thanks for the reply.. as u suspected the issue was with starter relay. I had to replace it.

            I own 2015 Apache RTR180
            ODO- 14534kms
The handle bar of my bike starts vibrating anywhere between 3k upto redline. ( i know rtr vibrates but in my case the vibrations are damn higher) + the sound of my bike is bit different from other rtrs. it is not free raving like others. (i use shell advance ax-7 10w40)
bike idles at 1.2k rpm but if i leave my bike idling slowly it comes to 0.9k-0.8k and gets off. and when ever i fire engine i get smell of petrol. i have no idea from where it comes. there is noise of tik tik from engine head. i visited sc many times but they are never helpful to me.
so, i will appreciate if i can get what exactly the solution is.
            Thanks.
            Hi,

The smell of petrol during starting the bike could be overflow of carburator. Check in SVC or mechanic who you trust. I suppose checking & adjusting your carburator would solve most of the problems specified.

            Hi,

I faced the same issue. couple of weeks back. Check the starter relay. It may be damaged/loose cables. Do u hear tick tick noise when u press the start button. ??

My apache rtr 180 done 4300km and i got 3rd servicing date of 29/03/2016 .I am little confused while choosing engine oil. I don't want to use Tvs engine oil. Guys suggests some best engine oil. Till now no problems i had faced. Little vibration is there but i like it. I usually ride between 40 to 60.

Wait till all your free service period is done.. Because they will definitely change the engine oil during free service period which you will be paying for.. Once your free service period is over, service your vehicle at the SVC without changing oil.. And change the oil at a local shop under your direct watch..

                    Hi,

After the free services are completed go for Shell Advance AX7. Its semi-synthetic and good for Apache. Im using it and see lot of improvements like free gear control & vibration reduced.

And why that makes it "disgusting"?
And please let me know that whether you bought the bike for top speed?
