      • completed 380+km on the odometer, the bike feels awesome. the engine revs freely upto 3750 rpm, have not pulled beyond that. doing a steady 48-49kmph at 3750rpm. varying engine speeds for better mating & run-in & using engine braking on descends. the tacho sits comfortably at 1200rpm while idling, no variation in idle speed after heating up of engine. also no tappet noise.

        first service due this weekend.
minor glitches to be taken care of:
        1. the left side panel on tank has a different shade - to be replaced.
        2. leg guard had a slight bend - to be replaced.
        3. slight wobble & loss of air pressure at front - dunno why, guys give some pointers.
        4. the steering feels very slightly heavy on right hand side. the wheel dose not move freely, the brake pads are rubbing. what else to be looked for?
        5. observed a few hiccups. as if engine is choking.
        6. some miss shifts between 2nd & 3rd.

You can ride the bike at 4000RPM, ocassionaly taking it to 5000RPM and why you chose this particalar 3750RPM as your "limit" is mystry to me..

The streering feels heavy on the right side is due to the clutch wire and elec wire routing so no worries, a blast of high pressure water at the pads will make the wheel free.

For hiccups get ur air filter cleaned, the jet is not an issue as it's idling quite good like you said.

For miss shifts get your clutch play adjusted.

I Dont Understand where are the brake pads located...and where to hit with high pressure water..since i am also facing this problem of non rotation..as i had discussed earlier..I think it is something more than dust because the bike is new....

                • I did brake bleeding on the front brakes. Filled it with DOT3 only as i couldnt find DOT4 anywhere. But still the braking isnt as progressive and sharp as it used to be. The mechanic who did the bleeding said that i have to change the whole disc fluid assembly or whatever you call it.
You can only ride better tomorrow if you ride safe today.

Just spray the water at the middle of the golden coloured caliper unit.

                      3. slight wobble & loss of air pressure at front - dunno why, guys give some pointers. Check for any puncture. Its tubeless. Will keep on losing pressure slowly if any puncture is there.

                      4. the steering feels very slightly heavy on right hand side.
As renny mentioned, get the cables and wires set well.

the wheel dose not move freely, the brake pads are rubbing. what else to be looked for? Standard thing. Neglect it. Will get self adjusted till 1.5k

                      5. observed a few hiccups. as if engine is choking. Get carb cleaned in first service. Jet holder is not completely tightened.

                      6. some miss shifts between 2nd & 3rd.

                      Neglect. WIll get self settled.

I didnt do it. The mechanic did it. He just emptied the fluid from the fluid box near the right RVM by sucking it in an empty bottle and poured new fluid. Thats it. And he just opened a nozzle near the front disk to let any air bubble escape with the brake lever pushed in all the way and then tightened it again.
