        Wsup Bro,

To be very honest I did not followed test book run in period. I just followed by Intuition. The only core principle i followed it " Rip it hard as hard as you can". I use RTR for my office which is 10 kms from my home. What I did was squeeze the juice out of each and every gear (i.e Until ur bike cant take the throttle and gasps for air). I try this process for the entire 10 kms. Also i used the principle of increasing and decreasing the throttle ( watched in some you tube video) and when i start bike in the morning i use Kick instead of power and use good quality fuel ( I used HP Power petrol). Follow this guideliness and you will see drastic results.

        • Guys...my tachometer n speedometer has some white spots on it from many days. It's from inside so cannot remove them.Should I ask the SC guy to replace the whole speedo unit under warranty??My bike is in SC now for the 2nd free service.
Also the left footpeg ,along with the gear shift lever vibrates too much while the right one doesn't vibrate at all.Any tips to decrease the vibrations???

No use risking your life just to prove that TVS tyres are shitty

OT - Checked the oil level today. Didn't see any loss in level even after 1000+ kms and the colour was quite good. Using Castrol Activ 4T.

And now both my brakes are squealing Guess I need to to get it checked soon.

                • P200 Carburettor

Hi people... Any of u have any idea how would things work out if I plonked the P200's Carburettor in the RTR180?? The same has been done for a P150 and a Unicorn as far as i know... and The fore mentioned P150 runs like a dream now..

Have any of you attempted this or heard of this before??? How would it affect the Fabled Throttle response of the RTR????

Do you mean 220's 32mm carb? because your bike already has p200 size carb .I wanted to do the same for my fiero 200,but Killer and joel joe told me that the carb won't fit .That is the back bone of the chassic will come in the way as the uc32 carb is taller than the 29mm one.It would need chassis modification or intake manifold redesign. If you have any ideas let me know about it.

Pulsar P200 carburetor is BS 29..
Apache RTR 180 carburettor is BS 29.
                      They both are same.

Ah Bloody!!! I knew it... I told this to my Mech and he was adamant that the P200 Carb wud do a better job... I let him have the benefit of doubt till I got my facts absolutely sure..

I guess then if the BS32 cant fit in the RTR, BS 29 is currently the best option available is it??

YES There is BS 32,better than BS 29 ...but you may not have space to fit it in RTR due to chassis members coming in the way.Refer to Gixxer's previous post,he had explained it....

If you can mount the BS32 at a lower level with a flexible rubber inlet port pipe..then it is possible..Should be done by someone Knowledgeable in this field .
