Recently in the same forum i have read about Crossworth air filter.
    1. Does it really helps to reduce vibrations??? or only gives good sound quality???

Don't mess around with the filter just yet. Leave it alone till you finish setting the engine. Ask the svc to check the handlebar dampers. I almost don't feel the vibes in my vehicle.

recently i have crossed 500km. What are the necessary things we should keep in mind for maintaining bike.

Do you have made any modification or any other changes in your bike that could help to maintain good condition of bike.

Leaving the bike in stock condition is the way to go.

              • While coming back today my headlights + tail lamp stopped working. But everything works fine on battery (i.e brake light + pass switch). And console backlight also stopped working.
Will be going to svc tomo. Any idea what may be the reason ? Busted fuse ?

Well. I haven't examined the wiring of the bike yet, but since all three are turned on with the same switch, I think it'll only be an issue with the switch. What about your pilot lamps?

Regarding vibrations, adjusting the vibration dampeners to the least vibrating zone helps a bit sometimes.
In my case, vibrations increase noticeably when the chain starts to get dry. Try getting your chain lubed if it is dry. It's never a good idea to let it go dry BTW. Better to lube it once in 15-20 days depending on the condition.
Footpeg vibes used to bother me during the initial few thousand KMs. After that they almost disappeared magically. Not sure if it was shell oil or some other thing. Pillion footpeg vibrations still exist though.
In general, vibration goes on decreasing as you clock more KMs IMO.

Well, that narrows it down. IMO it's just a loose contact. Get the RH switch assembly checked. It can't be a blown fuse. I noticed a separate fuse for the taillights. So this means each has a different fuse. You couldn't have blown three at the sane time.

Definitely the switch issue. Had this problem 2 years back.Switch assembly was changed under warranty. As you dont have waaranty any more, try cleaning the connectors.
