  • Its been a while since I fitted a K&N filter. Finally yesterday i got the upjetting done. The bike now revs effortlessly all the way around to 12k. Waiting for the weekend to take it to NH7 (nearest four lane highway) for an all round testing...
Now its all the more harder to keep the speed in check inside city...

35-40 kmpl is normal for RTR 180. Depends on the riding style (keep it below 5k rpm and you might get 50 kmpl)

For top speed help, refer to pritish's post.
BTW are you running lean to increase mileage?

                          • Can I put FZ's rear tyre on my A180?
Just saw the Apache Velocity.got an idea from that...
Can I just put the tyres, without changing the Rims.
Atleast,I want to put some wider tyres, may be of P220.
                            please help....
Actually I am getting pity good milage,so,I can afford if the milage comes down a bit due to the wider tyres...

i dont think i am running lean spark plug looks ok.
Same here...i do feel jerks or something like my throttle is struggling to pull the power initially. But when i heat up the engine its gone. Even i am running lean a bit but i checked the spark plug. It was dark black may be i was running my bike at 1400 idling......But in this case i dont think that i need to clean the carb. Its running utterly butterly smooth....
