  • Getting a Projector light???

Can the RTR be fitted with Projector lights in the current AC setup or do I need to change it to a DC setup before getting it done?

How do I get the DC setup done and what would be the cost for it?

Yes it can be done , but it will use lot of battery. Converting to DC depends on the mechanic, APE RR unit costs INR 1200 plus rewinding and wiring would be extra.

        Thanks for the quick update...

I like the pic of your RTR 180, could you provide details of the lights you used? I am guessing you have shifted from AC to DC already. How is the bike performing since shifting to DC, any issues especially with the battery?

convert rtr to full dc before thinking of hid /projector etc. else battery will drain very quick in nights . for dc setup find a good auto electrician . full dc conversion will cost 1400-1600 approx

I had sent you a visitor message, will send PM once more. Its working fine, no problems at all. Although have not tested with lights on for a long time, but did well for 1-1.5 hours continuously.

Jeanie have advised you right, get DC done first

We've got to check the tire pressure at least every week. Mine would be couple or a little more psi's down after a week. If this is the case (i think not), it's normal. And try to fill air when the tires are kinda cold, like depend on the nearest filling station for the purpose.
The Apache is ever willing to red line each cog, but the Rider ain't. Enjoy RTR, Safely. Period.
