Nowadays I'm getting pretty low mileage (<=40kmpl) even though maintaining till 5k rpm for 90% time of riding.
To rectify this I first cleaned the air filter.
Now I'm thinking of buying iridium NGK spark plugs & Spitfire Cable instead of the stock ones.
I have been running in stocks till 12k+ km.
Will these changes help me in gaining mileage?
Also please help me regarding the price for the spark plug & the Spitfire cable.---------------------------------------------------------------------------

IMO spark plug and cables wont have any kind of effect on your mileage. Try changing your Fueling station and get your carb cleaned and tuning done. That should helpOriginally posted by susheelkumar View Post

finally got my service done bike is feeling g8 get carb tuned and valve clearance adjusted ans its having crisp acceleration and i tried to ride my bike on highway but no luckon top everything is working excellent and elf 20w40 is feeling ok no change felt.but was unable to go above 9k rpm with 122kms top speed i asked the service guy he said check you tyre pressure and ride like dis few days i will get it done ....what would be the reason now
cz chain is properly tight lubricated tyres having proper air carb tuned (i hope it is tuned properly)....what would be the reason now ??
