Can anyone send me the parts catalogue!!!
Yes, we can repair the rear and front shocks. For rear shocks you need a special kind of Spanner which looks like below image.

Carb: Disassemble the carb from the bike. Open it and Clean thoroughly all the jets using a Carb Cleaner. Inspect the Floater. Only replace with new O-Rings.

Removing Rust from Chassis: Sand the particular area and primer it and paint it. If it is rusted badly with holes and stuffs then you need to completely remove all the parts from Chassis. Remove the paint & weld the badly rusted area, prime & paint. It is good to get it done from some of the experts who does those jobs.

Handlebar wobbling might happen because of certain things.
      1. Just eyeball your front tire for wear. Uneven wear also results in wobbling.
      2. Steering head bearing.
      3. Front wheel bearings might be weak
      4. One more cause may be a very less fluid in your fork

Did you check it on different speeds? Like more than 40, what is the result?

One of my friend shared picks of special tools & Instruments using for Yamaha Motorcycles. I think we can use those on other motorcycles as well.

Just adding one more point. A very old tire with cracks all over on the side wall can cause wobbling.
I have experienced this in my Hunk.

              1. I dont think its weared unevenly.
              2. Yes that could be a reason.
              3. Yes maybe it is also.
              4. This shouldnt be because forks have never leaked and bike has ran just 3300 kms.

Me and my father would go to the svc tomorrow for service. The wobbling is just close to negligible to I think I would tell the svc when it becomes more problematic. I will update once it gets serviced. Also I will ask them not to change the engine oil because I want to use Veedol 10w30. By the time the bike would get serviced, I would go and search for the oil. Lets see what happens.

The tyre is not that old. The bike has ran 3300 kms.

Thanks prashanth sir and satson sir.

Oh, your bike is like almost new. Then you are correct - I don't think the possibilities we have mentioned is the cause.

I think you are still under free service. Will they change the Veedol 10W30 Oil instead of what they generally use in their service centers?

And also you can casually/friendly ask them the wobbling thing (not like a complaint).

and please update on how the things are going....

I will not ask them to change it to veedol oil. I will just ask them not to change the oil this time and just do normal service. Then I will buy veedol oil and change it myself at home.

Yes it is 5th free service. I will update the things after service.

                    5th Service Update:

We reached the svc at 11:00 got the job card made by 11:15 and bike was sent for waterwash. There were no major issues with the bike except the headlamp's focus was so poor so we got this enetered in job card. We asked about not changing the engine oil but he said that its mandatory and cant be ignored. We also agreed due to warranty issues.

The bike was loaded at the service bay at 11:45. The service engineer was an experienced one. He changed the engine oil, cleaned air filter, gapped spark plug, adjusted and lubricated chain, lubricated side and main stand, greased clutch and front brake levers, cleaned the air filter box, inspected all the electricals of the bike, tightened brakes, inspected clutch and throttle freeplay, tightened some bolts and filled nitrogen.

He told us that the headlamp bulb has gone kaput and thats why the beam throw was so poor. He said that it needs replacment. So we got the bulb replaced.

The bike was done with servicing at 01:00 and polish was left. The bill came out to be Rs.455 : 285 for engine oil, 40 for nitrogen and 130 for bulb. They said the bulb is not covered in warranty. Got the bike at 01:15 with polish done.

I am satisfied with the service. One can not expect more with free service. The svc people were also very helpful. They answered all our queries.

                          ok.

What is the benefit of filling Nitrogen?

Absolutely nothing! Air is 78% N2. Paying extra for 22% is waste of money.

I think that it does not deflates very soon, though I am not sure. The normal air itself contains 70% nitrogen. I guess its just for making money.

Just show them last page showing Engine oil need to be changed after 6000km.
Also ask them to clean centrifuge filter cleaning written in schedule.
