The spark plug was again coated with petrol and I could also smell petrol from it. But the colour of the plug tells that it is running lean. Then why its getting fouled with petrol again and again?I also tuned the carb to just 1.2 turns out.
I am very confused. Experts please help me.
PS: Pictures were taken in the morning after 12 hours of bike standing idle.
Still this is too rich. Spark plug must be dry , yours clearly shows it is wet.
I would say one thing, just replace the air filter without thinking (It will be wet or completely blocked allowing no air for combustion ) It doesn't cost much. I assume yours has Paper air filter for passion pro, or if you have sponge filter see below.
To clean sponge filter, follow Pinaki sir method, given here

2. Clean the spark plug fully removing the black coat.
3. Turn the air screw 2 turns this time and run for 3 kms. (360 degree turns)

If still you see it is black, you need carb cleaning, where some air ports would have blocked. Or worse engine oil is entering the chamber, since it is new engine I dont think so.
Change petrol station once, this may also be adulterated fuel

But the confusing part is- if the mixture is rich then the colour of spark plug should be black. But my spark plug is white which indicates a lean mix. I am really confused at the moment.

Recently, it has been noticed that my Splendor+ fuel meter has been behaving erratically.

Yesterday, it was showing near half of the red section.
Today, it shows around beginning of the Yellow section.
Two week ago, it was not moving upon putting on the bike.

How, is this happening?
Which spare should be repaired / replaced?

Experts, please throw some light on the condition.

Maybe its because of camera (5MP Phone Camera). Btw from these 3 plugs, mine looks like the 3rd one in reality. So is my mixture optimal?

bro, since you can feel liquid at the spark tip, I am sure the petrol is not fully combusted. Final guess would be water entered the petrol tank (and possibly air filter), you can drain it into big bottle when reserve and fill from good stations like Shell. In my signature I have some ideas how to clean fuel lines, and carburetor, which will be similar in passion..Do all those procedures. Too tight valve clearance also means valve not closing properly, bad combustion, so check that also. We cannot point to a single root cause.
Main thing is Engine oil level should not reduce in the dipstick, which means oil burning.

Thanks dude_creative for your help.

Condition of plug just now:

No petrol over it and no smell of petrol. Seems like I got the issue. Last night when I parked the bike I kept it idling for like 20-30 secs and then turned the ignition off. Was talking with someone. So I think that some petrol would have left unburned and when i took the pic today morning the plug was fouled.

Please tell how is the air fuel mixture and what mileage should I expect.

This looks perfect.. Make sure that air fuel screw is tuned for highest rpm which is around 1 to 1.5 360deg turns. Mileage can easily go upto 60-65kmpl, when maintained in Economy mode. However I would suggest you clean carb, air filter and petrol tank at least once a year or when bike runs like crap.

Thanks dude creative sir. Carburetor was cleaned 2 months ago. Gonna see what happens with mileage because previously I was getting just 38 kmpl.
Would fill petrol tomorrow from a good pump as I hit reserve today.

Suggest me remedy.

Let it run. It will get smooth with time. After your free services were over use veedol engine oil.

You are perfectly right Rohit , I was also thinking same thing that the new cable was put in bit loose and now relaxed a bit after use too - am going to adjust it this weekend .

Brother , if you remember I suggested you 3 items to check few pages back , they would cover almost all possible sources of the problems you are having . You can't eliminate pesky problems with any bike which is difficult to pin-point by taking haphazard jabs at it here and there , you have to systematically eliminate all likely causes one by one patiently .
Now "carburetor was cleaned" means it was done by service center or mechanic , right ? That is not what I said , you have to do it yourself - service people shall seldom do a proper job with the carb and often mess it up badly - I have had to replace a carb on my friends bike just because of this . Please check this thread for how to service the carb safely & properly - at least read it once for my sake . I still suspect a problem in it .

Where did you get this pic ?
I think it's incorrect - mislabeled right and left . i.e Left plug is Optimal and Right plug is lean . Center plug is correct - i.e indicating rich mix as labeled .

Sir, you are absolutely correct. It was cleaned by a local mechanic. But sir at that time I was not a part of this forum. But now I am so I will never ever give my bike to any mechanic and I will service it myself.

And sir if that pic is wrong then how is my mixture and should I make it a bit rich?
