      Also you can try it by press the clutch and kick the bike one or two time. I have the same problem when i insert new clutch it stops after few kms and i follow the same.
      For starting problem check your battery .If the battery gone replace it under warranty. Also in next service said them to retune the bike . i feel it will solve your problems .Your bike only cover 2200 so wait some more .
      The ASC donot care the complaints on free service that's their nature .

        Yes I have checked and observed everything the noise comes due to throttle input and bike stalls and next week will be going for the second free service and will get all these issue resolved.

          Guys, have any of you ever converted a BA20D bulb setup to a H4 setup? Asking as some of the old variants and even the CD/HF Dawn comes with BA20D bulb setup from factory.

          If yes, please guide me. My CT100B came with BA20D, and the stock bulb has recently blown out and I wish to utilize the opportunity to go for a H4 conversion.

            Have not done as such but have some idea
            you will have to cut the holder and join one of this









            so the H4 bulb will fit in to it.

            Also you will need a rubber cover to avoid any moisture.

                From where did you source this? Whay is it called? I'm very much interested in knowing more about it.

                I presume this would go into the stock bulb port.

                BTW, a better option would be to opt for TATA Ace/Ambassador sealed beam, as they can handle more hear compared to the stock reflector, my motorcycle is barely at 3.5k on the ODO and the reflector has started to blur at the top as I run with both beams on most of the time.

                Also you will need a rubber cover to avoid any moisture.

                Fortunately the stock setup comes with a rubber cap from factory.

                  Clutch Plates worn out on my Splendor. I asked for a mod and Mech suggested the below
                  1) Victor : Around Rs 400 (ok)
                  2) Apache : Around Rs 800 (More reliable than Victor).

                  Experts Pl. advise.

                    For your problem i meant only spark plug or plug cap.I only see the idle problem due to bad spark plug , spark plug with less gap , carburetor complaints and the air leak near to carburetor and engine(insulator faulty).I feel bad airfilter also cause for it.I didn't see no other electrical that cause to idle problem .For inspecting the spark plug remove the spark plug from engine and install it on the spark plug cap and ground the spark plug on engine and kick the bike .If the spark is coming from centre electrode to ground electrode the spark plug is ok. other wise the the spark is coming from insulator sides to sides then it is partially faulty.Also if the colour of the spark is not blue ,also there is a fault.
                    First adjust the spark plug gap to .6 - .7 mm .
                    To inspect the spark plug cap , install the spark plug into the engine and remove the spark plug cap from coil wire and connect it direct to the spark plug. if bike idle or it shows no missing then the problem for spark plug cap. If you can please post a pic of spark plug.

                      Option for TATA Ace/Ambassador sealed beam is good as it is meant for higher temprature (50W H4 bulb) will not get spoiled easily.
                      Gathering the parts will be costlier

                        why did you replace the clutch plate with tvs. is there is any cause?.If no reason then good to replace with hero plates it has cost around 350 rs.I don't know about the tvs clutch plates.But if you are going to replace the clutch disk with other bike .Ensure the size and thickness are same as hero original.

                              Update Today I went for my second service at Khanna motors maya puri workshop and had booked the time slot of 10am and I reached there at 10:05. There was only one SA standing making jobsheets so it took him ten minutes and then he started asking the details which I gave him, then he asked for the problems and I told him all above problems, he then noted down and said that the bill will come around 400 and I said ok and I just sat there in their so called customer lounge where all the seats were full and people were sitting even on table and people even standing and the AC was not cooling at all, I was all drenched in sweat then I repeatedly asked the SA that why my bike us not in the service Bay and then around twelve o clock my bike went in for servicing, then came the warranty part as the bike was not taking self start and one more problem and the workers their are lazy and it took them around one hour to prepare the warranty jobsheet and the starter motor costing Rs1244 and Gear comp starter reduction costing Rs 250( please tell me what it is used for) was changed and another half an hour took for the billing and all, I took the bill and paid and then came the shocker that they changed my oil without my permission and even mentioned on the jobsheet without telling me and I was really angry then, I called my SA and asked him, below is the conversation
                              Me: Yadav ji tell me whether the engine oil is changed in second free service.
                              ( and this guy had the audacity to tell)
                              Yadav the SA:Yes the oil is changed at every service and it is topped up if the bike has run only 500 kms and your's has run more.
                              ( only I needed was an apology but this guy was adamant and and I became really furious)
                              Me: where it is written, show me
                              SA: sir the company has changed the specified liters of engine oil.
                              Me: (being stupid and did not said is the engine capacity changed on its own)
                              I took out previous bill handed over him and said Is the quantity changed.
                              SA: sir what are you proving yes it is said by company.
                              Me: showed him with his eyes open that the quantity is the same.
                              SA: sir but the oil needs to be changed.
                              Me: Are you bigger than the company or the ceo specially called you and told you at every service oil is changed.
                              SA: Sir your bike has run more that is why the oil needed to be changed.
                              Me: Handed him the service manual and said tell me where it is specified.
                              SA: but everyone gets the oil changed at every service.
                              Me: If everyone is jumping in a well, will I also jump.
                              Till now around 10 to 15 people gathered.
                              Now after seeing the heated argument manager comes and says cone into my office.
                              Manager: Yadav what is the problem.
                              Yadav: sir they are saying why you have changed the oil this time.
                              Manager: Did you ask them whether you want a top up or the oil changed.
                              Yadav: sir but he did not told me to not to change but only top up and when I said the bill will be around Rs 400 he replied ok.
                              Me: Did you asked me that we are changing the oil should we change or not, are you bigger than the company that you are running your rules here.
                              Manager: Yadav if you have not asked whether to top or change the oil then you are at complete fault and apologise to him.
                              But this guy had the guts to argue.
                              Manager: just apologise to him.
                              SA: sorry.
                              Me: It's OK but you should have apologized earlier and you would not have been standing here and it is not about money, it is about that you are misleading and are not at all sorry.
                              Manager: what solution you need sir because he is at complete fault.
                              Me: just give me in writing that at next service the oil will not be changed.
                              Manager: ok.
                              ( This matter reached to manager because he was not at all admitting his mistake and we need to fight for our rights and I also did fight so that they do not do it in future)
                              The Manager here was polite and solved all the problem and even gave me his number if I further face any problem.
                              Note: I have cut short parts to make it short and not long as the argument was very long.
                              At the end of the day I am happy with the solution offered and it is not always about money but the truth fullness and all my problems were solved except one that the bike does not starts if left in sun and even the company engineers are working on it according to the manager and if it would not have been any workshop he would have received punches and slaps from me.
                              Will be posting pictures of the bike soon.
