That is the throw from the LED's. You can also change the stock bulb set up on the headlight itself but that would involve messing with stock set up. I am not sure if wiring needs to be dealt with also. Plus that would be expensive, more than 5kAttached FilesComment

Brother, THROTTLE POSITION SYSTEM (TPS), there is a switch like device in the left side under thunderbird 350 seat (pic for reference). Its attached with the throttle cable and activates after 40-50% of throttle press. It changes the timing of spark plugs sparking according to the speed, resulting maximum oil burning, leading to fuel economy.
