    Nope.. It appears while engine running. Feels like some rattling noise. Whats that tappet noise? Its, If I Recall Correctly (IIRC) it comes near fins.

      The "tik tik sound" is the "famous" Tappet sound. Which occurs during 30-40kmph or 80-90kmph. The sound of Automatic De-Compression occurring inside the new UCE (since 2010) engine. According to RE it's just NORMAL, NO HARM thing. As new UCE comes with hidrolic

        And brother it is not compulsory for you to be there, but if you are available then it would be great for me to have a fellow Thunderbird rider help me inspect the bike properly.

          [MENTION=32142]kush[/MENTION], Let me remind you, Shahila Expositions doesn't deliver bike on finance until the FULL amount is disbursed in its bank account. So make it SURE & move to the showroom, try to take the delivery during the day, avoid evening time. Best of luck.

            Thanks but I've ordered it through Military canteen as I got discount from there, they took full amount in advance. Now all I need to do is go there and just inspect it and take the delivery.

            It is a complicated process to explain.

              Royal enfield thunderbird's engine black color peeled off

              Hello guys!!

              I have a problem to share with you all and need your suggestions!!

              I have Royal Enfield Thunderbird 350CC 2014 model. We have engine painted with black colour, and now I can see the paint got peeled off in one place (Please refer the photograph). I live in Bangalore and I want to know where and how I can fix it. Can I paint it myself?? which paint it is?? Or where I can go and fix it??

              Look for your suggestions..

                  That's a high temperature paint. If have the paint DOY. Make sure you bake the paint once it's dry else it will peel off again. How to bake a painted surface. Check YouTube. Good luck

                          Hope you notice the SOLUTION to your problem. Looks odd but very effective, doesn't add any extra weight on the bike, attached with only 2 zip ties, so easy install & remove.

                              My tbts makes screeching sound from the rear.Its not when I press brakes. Happens often in morning after the bikes starts after long time and on small turns on very low speeds.the asc guys had done disk break air bleeding but the issues still exists.The problem cropped up after taking bike to 2nd service.expert opinion please.

                                Try to check out the wheel's bearings too by removing the wheel.
