The talk went perfectly smooth. They saw the papers and changed their backend order. I asked if this would lead to a restart of the waiting period, but the guy says it will continue as is.

Is it necessary to oil the screws and nuts by myself? If yes, what oil should I use? Im pretty inexperienced regarding these issues.. Any suggestion would be helpful . Thanks
First service should had been done at 500 kms itself, and the noise could be because of the cone set, ask the service guys to tighten it.

I am glad to hear it buddy. And its good that you didn't need to be tough with them. It'll help your relationship with the dealer in the future. Cheers

thing is, he didnt seem too confident when he said the waiting period wouldnt restart.

i think i might drop in any random day during the week and size up [ask :P ] the showroom owner..

That is why you should always ask which colours are in stock. Some colours are readily available while others can take weeks to months. In this regard the showroom guys can do nothing but they also in most cases wouldn't tell you. And I think though the waiting period won't restart, it will still be extended.

                  I will do just that.

And I'll rip that guy's head apart if it gets delayed beyond January.

Btw has any one changed their tyres to tubeless and spokes to alloy frames? If yes, any change noticed?
The reason am asking is because of my upcoming trips and changing tyres at 4000m+ altitudes would take a toll on me.

                                Cheers.
