2.and apart from pdi,can you mention the common problems (like some sort of sound in disc brake) so that I may check during pdi.?
    For crash bar:
New TBs have got foot rests moved ahead a little. So, normal crash guard touches the foot when rested on break or gear lever.
I have got 'boot cut' guard that is made specifically for new TB.
I could not get it at ASC. I got it from outside (Mulund in Mumbai). Mine is Swastik brand. Cost me Rs. 750 + fitting charges.
One point to note here: the guard which I fitted used to touch the front mud guard, especially, when front breaks are applied.
I had to drill extra hole for fitting to make it right.
So, just check after the guard is fitted.

One more point: I wanted for almost 3months to get right leg guard.

Oh, then I will switch with the one available in showroom..

Well I had got extra cushioned seat covers on my bike for better comfort but recently got the seats covers removed and got back to stock seats and I feel in much better control of the bike. I know of people who got extra cushioning done to their seats i. e. Get the seat cover maker remove the cover, put extra foam of higher density stuck to the existing foam and then put back the seat covers and they found it helped the comfort aspect.

Well am planning for a long ride and with a pillion. Different pillions had complained about the rear seat not being as cushion-y like maybe the rear seat of a classic model. Please suggest me some place where can I get them?

This seat covers were quite soft and comfy in the beginning but the foam loses the shape and these were used for about 10 months and more than 10000 kms so it wasn't comfy any more and also on long rides, I would suggest seats not this soft so removed the same. I got the seat covers for Rs. 650 from the seat maker outside Babloo Motors, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

                  and for some pics:

Hey guys, i am having a problem.

First, my sprag clutch is broken. Have to get that fixed. Unfortunately, i just had my fourth service :\'(

Second, i fear might set me back more.
I am hearing some rattling sound, but only when i let go of the throttle at high speeds. It is like a small metal ball rattling inside a tin can. Can it be that my main bearing is screwed???

Yes.. all two wheeler prices have gone up due to some increased duty tax in the new year. just our rotten luck. even i had to increase my budget

btw, there was a checklist posted by an FM, points covering what to look for while taking delivery of the vehicle.

I searched for it but couldnt find it can some one please post a URL to that post??

Hi guys . I had gone on an 800 km trip this weekend. During the trip i noticed oil leakage. It was not mch and i covered last 300 kms with a slight leak. But overall its definitely worrying. Completed 4300 kms. Yet to give for third service. Has any of you faced this issue? What can be done?
                                thanks
