If your are opting for finance option then my suggestion is to approach your financier and complete all the loan approval process to avoid unnecessary further delay in delivery.Originally posted by forumhookers View PostMy dealer confirm me that december 12th they will get the bullet and on december 15th i can get my tb350. ____
1.First check the engine and chassis numbers are same as printed in the Tax receipt, Insurance document and delivery receipt.
2.Check the color of the bike whether its same color which you are booked for ,as it is difficult to identify the flicker and Twilight in normal light .Compare the paint job finish if you can see some other TB(same color)parked near to you. Check for any visible deep scratches and dents(Ignore small hair-line scratches since it is not painted by any Honda robots )
3. Look for rusted parts i.e. Both rims, welded joints, in-side the fuel tank, Disc plate, steering column etc.. If found something inform the service manager.
4. Turn the handle left and right and feel for any roughness.
5.Tell the service person to open the battery box and then you check the brand of the battery and Sl No of battery is same as printed on the warranty card, and then check for the battery drain tube it is connected properly (In my case the drain tube was missing)
6. Verify that 4mm Allen key is provided in the battery box to open the two(L/R) glove boxes
7. Check for the toolkit, first-aid kit etc..
8. Ensure that battery terminals are applied with petroleum jelly and terminals are insulated with red color cap.
9. Turn on the ignition key and check that the both console needles are moving in a sync manner. If you found
one is slower than the other, that means it has some difficulty to deflect.
10. In the digital LCD display look for any notifications(Battery low indication or service indication),press and see the result of the all the switches in the console(reset, set, hazard indicator),
11. Start the engine and listen for any abnormal sound from the engine, check the throttle response.
12. Go for a test ride before signing the delivery receipt and check for any abnormal sound and roughness while braking.
13. Check for the fuel level. The fuel level indicator should not blink.
14. Decide on whether you need a leg-guard ,if you need one then select the design you liked.
Don't go for any arguments or fight with the service center people till you complete your 4 free services as they can mess up anything on your bike
Happy thumping...

Would have loved to have read this post yesterday.. Just took delivery of my TBTS 350 today evening.. Enjoying the royal feeling of riding like a KING!! Loving every single minute of riding the beast.. By the way, I too did not receive the owner's manual while taking delivery of the bike.. The dealer said it will be available after a week or so.. If anyone has the softcopy of the owner's manual, can you plz upload it or mail it to me? Would be grateful for it.. I also haven't fitted any crash guard since the TBTS-specific crash guards are yet to arrive. Should receive it within 2 weeks or so.. Am planning to change the RVMs to chrome RVMs (Electra/Classic RVMs) tomorrow. Also planning to change the backrest and fit the backrest of the old TBTS model.. Will upload pics of my bird soon!Originally posted by sree_unicorn View PostIf your are opting for finance option then my suggestion is to approach your financier and complete all the loan approval process to avoid unnecessary further delay in delivery.

Congrats..Follow the "running-in" procedures. It is better to fit one temporary crash-guard till the TB crash guards arrive in the SVC, It protected my TB's Tank from a hit when a car fellow opened the back door while waiting in a traffic. I have received my owner's manual on Saturday. Its not possible to fit the old TB's back-rest on this model and it may kill the look also.. it is better to fit the Avenger's RVM.. share your experience..Originally posted by parasharj View PostWould have loved to have read this post yesterday.. Whoohhoooo !!! Congoz buddy...!Originally posted by parasharj View Post
Yeah, RVMs spoil all looks. Try Avenger's RVMs instead of Electra/Classic. But the back rest thing is not gonna work as you cannot swap it with old model's back rest.Originality is the art of hiding your sources...

Do the Avenger's RVMs fit correctly? As in, is the size of the thread the same? Regarding the backrest, the mechanic at my dealer told me that with a little bit of welding, it could be possible to fit the backrest of the earlier TBTS.. Whether or not I will do it, is a different issue.. Haven't decided on it yet. Let's see.. As of now, I'm just enjoying the feeling of owning a REOriginally posted by Rahul.Gvli View PostWhoohhoooo !!! Congoz buddy...!

Sure.. Will share my riding and ownership experiences soon.. Just wanted to know, what are the documents that you received from the dealer at the time of delivery? I received just the final invoice with the engine number, chassis number etc mentioned on it. No warranty card for the battery, no owner's manual, nothing else. If there are any other papers that the dealer should have given me, kindly let me know so that I can take up the matter with him today or tomorrow. What crash guard have you fitted on your TBTS? Can u upload a pic of it?Originally posted by sree_unicorn View PostCongrats..Follow the "running-in" procedures. It is better to fit one temporary crash-guard till the TB crash guards arrive in the SVC, It protected my TB's Tank from a hit when a car fellow opened the back door while waiting in a traffic. my tb350 riding in @630kms...no oil leakage...no major issues...few minor ones like rear disk making some squeezing sound which the service station supervisor told is common among disk-brakes...the other issue is the front wheel imbalance when im accelerating at speeds of 40-60kmph there is a slight left-right motion in the handle.to check it i left my hands while the speed is on decreasing mode like from 60 toward 40 the handle balances well but when i accelerate again n leave my hands instantly then there my handle shakes left-right but manages to have balance enough and the wobbling dies down when the engine starts to calm down.told this at the time of 1st service they did checked the spokes tightened them & may be even checked for wheel alignment which the supervisor says is perfect..but next day againshowed this to the same supervisor who took a ride came back & says to go for 28-32 as air pressure instead of 25-35 which i maintain...didnt go for that 28-32 but will check it soon....anyway 1st servicing was done @560kms and the mileage has come up to 34kmpl from 30kmpl....MILEAGE HISTORY= 36kmpl until 300KMS then 34-35 until 450KMS n 30kmpl from 450-560KMS....NOW 34-35kmpl from 560KMS until nowNew Duke 390 my2017... finally

The main mechanic at my dealer told me to maintain air pressure of 30 & 40 (instead of 22 & 32 as prescribed in the manual). Is 30/40 too much on the higher side? Experienced bulleteers kindly adviseOriginally posted by vinaymonu25 View Postmy tb350 riding in @630kms...no oil leakage...no major issues...few minor ones like rear disk making some squeezing sound which the service station supervisor told is common among disk-brakes...the other issue is the front wheel imbalance when im accelerating at speeds of 40-60kmph there is a slight left-right motion in the handle.to check it i left my hands while the speed is on decreasing mode like from 60 toward 40 the handle balances well but when i accelerate again n leave my hands instantly then there my handle shakes left-right but manages to have balance enough and the wobbling dies down when the engine starts to calm down.told this at the time of 1st service they did checked the spokes tightened them & may be even checked for wheel alignment which the supervisor says is perfect..but next day againshowed this to the same supervisor who took a ride came back & says to go for 28-32 as air pressure instead of 25-35 which i maintain...didnt go for that 28-32 but will check it soon....anyway 1st servicing was done @560kms and the mileage has come up to 34kmpl from 30kmpl....MILEAGE HISTORY= 36kmpl until 300KMS then 34-35 until 450KMS n 30kmpl from 450-560KMS....NOW 34-35kmpl from 560KMS until now

Am no experienced rider, but 40 is too much. Tires will become rock hard. 26/36 or 26/32 will be fine.Originally posted by parasharj View PostThe main mechanic at my dealer told me to maintain air pressure of 30 & 40 (instead of 22 & 32 as prescribed in the manual).
