I got HJC for my Ninja, but a different model. They are very light weight compared to KBC and Sparx

                    • One more addition to the Green club

                      Hello Fellow Riders,

I have finally got my hands on the Kawasaki Ninja ( Green ). It was a long wait of more than 145 days. But I have to admit that I was more excited the week after booking the Ninja than the week before taking delivery. The long wait had blown away the flare of getting a Ninja. I never thought I would ride a motorcycle again but here I am, thanks to Bajaj. By the time I took the bike, I was well versed with its features thanks to Bluevolt, tenhut, jd666 and all the other awesome folks in this forum. I had a feeling that I have been owning this bike for 5 months. I find it hard to ride on heavy traffic but when I hit the coast, she blows me away. I know lot of guys going to kill me for this but I HATE THE HELMET. Man, I would love to wear it if I am riding at 20 deg Celcius, but at Chennai's 42 Deg C climate it really blows my head off. Yeah, I know its better to be sweaty than dead. But again, the heat is dragging me towards my car more often. Hope it all changes in a few months. My wrist pains a lot and I need to figure out the proper posture on this babe. That's it for now guys. Hope to share some pics of the bike and the gear in the future. Take care and thanks for all your information about safe riding and maintenance. Cheers

Congratulations for having the screaming in-line in your garage

Being a strong supporter of -riding safe, i do advocate helmets but it might be a pain for you while commuting, agree

Buy a e-scoot for commuting(no pollution) you can wear a half-face/modular helmet on it and keep the grennie for week-end rides

                        • How many kms done

Congrats to all the new owners. I was wondering who has done most kms on the quacker. I found it very reliable but sometimes m scared to take it remote places where I won't find help. I am also worried about the radiator health during forthcoming Rainy seaon

I have done 1400 kms and yes my Accent and Swift are rusting

I think tenhunt and bluevolt will be the leaders

Dude afaik Yamaha don't stock green ones. Could be wrong though

I know this place that does a lot of stickering work on Lalbagh fort road. i got mine done from there, the quality of the tapes is excellent and the guy does his job pretty well. PM me if u're interested. I've had the tapes for about 5 months now, no fading, or peeling off till date cost me a mere 200 bucks and he had 3 shades of green too. I plan to get my ninja's rim tapes done at the same place once i get it.
                              respect ma authoritae!!

                                Thanks,
My second day started with lot of business travel and I got an excuse to be on bike so metered down 250 kms
                                few points I noted
:- for those who been driving a car and just thought to have ninja think over it because you will not love it in traffic atleast in delhi traffic
:- same point goes for heat and summer as well
:- wrist pain shoulder pain. bla bla I know no pain no gain
:- bike is a big time head turner, most people think its modified karizma
:- I tried giving wrong answers at red light to see thier repsonse, when i said its for 1,75,000/- got a reply man its damm expensive
:- seat is very hard, bums are still paining
:- I studied about the position so i hugged the tank tight with my legs but realised its too hot and giving red marks, is that same with all?
heat is at the starting of tank attached to seat
:- I miss fuel indication and most importantly TIME display
:- have to find a solution for bluetooth inside helmet, its pain stopping a bike and taking a call especially when you phone is no less than telephone exchange

                                Overall My rating is 3/5
I know it will increase day by day
like a studious kid am maintaning at 40
hoping to finish my first lap soon
                                Cheers to Ninja
