  • @amitredefined - Yes, that could possibly be the reason that the bike was not getting adequate air on the radiator to cool it properly.

        • My pick would either be a CBR1000RR in HRC colors(I know it isn't available in India, so black with golden alloys come near) or Suzuki GSX-R1000 in traditional blue white combo.

          • Can anyone tell me,

Where and how much do you get the Pirelli sport demons for in Bangalore? I am interested in the 130/70/17 rear tyre. My rear IRC's have almost reached the end of its life.

Even Bridgestone Battlax BT45's would also do in the same profile.

Bout the saddle/tank bags...no clue...saddle bags will add to the air resistance...I generally strap a normal bag-pack. The rear hooks, saree guard, and the open slot right behind foot pegs are good for the bungee cords to hold on to...

i have seen that many n250 users abroad are using bs battlax. IRC is basically for the tracks

there may be a good reason to use bs battlax unless you are going for race practice on tracks with your ninja.

some early ninja owner's can give some feed back on the tyres (replacement ) for n250 ?

i have seen 140/70/17 Sport Demons in a store called Thirumala enterprises(its on lalbagh fort road, perpendicular to JC road). He didn't have stock of 130 sized ones last time i checked.
anyway, a trip to JC road and surrounding areas should help

                        • Thanks, I'll see what I can find.

I did an oil change today and also cleaned my air filter. Now my bike feels like it is brand new!

                            • After 6000 kms. Castrol Activ - semi synth. The old oil was of a dark color(carbon residue?), though it did not have seemed to have lost its viscosity.

BV your bike has only done 6000 kms ? dark color of oil can also be due to change of oil without changing the oil filter.

@6000 kms your rear tyre is due for a change ?
