Congratulations Kiran! A good choice of motorcycle, it is great fun. Sunny's bike has the frame sliders from KRP, Delhi. This is based off the Japanese Sato racing frame slider construction. I think this is better than the puig ones.Originally posted by kiran_borra View PostFinally after all the Drama...

Just off the record :P, there is one more Ninja expected in the Pune group in three days; that takes the tally to 8 Ninjas.Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

My Ninja has the frame sliders provided by KRP. It din't require any cut/modification to fix. Unfortunately but fortunately, I had them fixed when the 'Green Fall' happened back in Jan. The fairing on my ninja was saved only because i had fixed the frame sliders. They are worthy to buy IMO. Costed me around 5K. The payment and shipping went smoothly for me. I recevied it on the 5th day after I made the payment.Originally posted by n_aditya View PostYou can ask Bachoo Motors for the Puig ones. I dont know how well the KRP's are and hope that you dont find out as well (if you end up buying them).

! Ride safe !
On the other hand i saw a black ninja at sathyam cinemas here with an Akra Slip on and frankly i wasn't impressed . The stock sound of the bike above 7k rpm is unbelievable ! Getting a slip on is just going backwards as far as sound goes IMO .Stock is boring , power is everything .

this particular Yoshimura slip-on sounds superb.
it isn't recorded indoors (so there's no false bass)
and the guy has used a good quality external microphone to get a pretty accurate exhaust note.

Heys guys
Few pages back top end of the Ninja was discussed. And today Xionite has put in a video regarding the top speed of the Ninja.
After watching this I was curious, do you guys get enough roads in India to check the top end for the Ninja, as I was unable get to it's top end (reached max around 160 and still enough was left to be delivered) because some slight traffic or fell short of roads around Delhi.
As in the video the guy must have pushed the bike for around 30 -50 secs to reach the 180 mark and pushed for around 15 secs more to get to 190.
I don't think in India we get such kind of roads to take Ninja to it's top end.

I think you can try checking it on the national highways... i have seen cars doing 200+ for 60 seconds+ ... so i think its possible for a bike to touch 190 if the engine is capable of that...Originally posted by kariznin View PostHeys guys
