    i've checked the oriental insurance website and clearly they have add-on package 'Nil depreciation top up cover'...i will speak to them directly and if they deny of its existence then i'll try to buy online! this whole procedure sucks! specially the hyderabad pbk! i'd advice you to make a complaint asap purely because they'll have pressure from higher up their hierarchy and you'd also have a log of formal complaints to refer back to if there are future problems. but making a person (who had an accident recently and still limping) wait for 5 hours just to tell him to come again is absolutely pathetic!

    p.s. Harsha weren't you planning on getting the zx6r?!?! lol

      the only thing that is stopping me from complaining is the fact that we didnt have any other choice than him and he is taking advantage of that.

      an I4 with this kind of service is completely useless....may be fz1 could do

        That is no reason at all Harsha! Just go ahead and complain. Bajaj and kawasaki wont take this lightly. How can they do this and expect to get away with it to a premium customer?

        Just goahead and complain. Call up Rahul and get the mobile no of PBk's owner and complain to him. he'll screw Arif!

          Arif has always been like this. One has to spend hrs and days behind this guy to get the job done. I dont have a Ninja but my brother has a Kawasaki Eliminator and Arif used to take care of it as well. So I know how annoying it can get.
          Once they took 2-3months to fix certain issue that the bike had and the reason given was unavailability of spare parts

            yes Eliminator did have issue's with spares. Arif used to be good during P220FI days! But he has been getting lazier lately. he needs to change his attitude!

              I have personally seen A-tech accessories in Japan and in the early days of my Ninja ownership, I seriously considered buying some of that. But A-Tech is super pricey, more so because of the spiraling exchange rates. The rear section+numberplate is around Rs.26,000, without duties.

                Its a shame that Ninja riders from Hyd have to face such pathetic service
                There have been more complains than praise for Hyd PBK service. I use to think Ninja is one of the best buys due to good service, but I guess the same doesnt apply in Hyderabad.

                  I my sold a P220 DTSI only because of these guy's pathetic service! heck, they could'nt solve a carb overflow problem even after i left the bike for over a month with them. What more, i had 3 carb changes and yet it was unresolved! I like the 220 but its because of these guys am hesitant to buy it again!

                            That could be the scenario but from whom I got these views about KRP got things done 6 months back or may be a year or you may be the lucky one to get things easily done from KRP

                            P.S : Will be going this weekend to KRP to checkout what all they have and see if it's worth to get things done from there.
