i've checked the oriental insurance website and clearly they have add-on package 'Nil depreciation top up cover'...i will speak to them directly and if they deny of its existence then i'll try to buy online! this whole procedure sucks! specially the hyderabad pbk! i'd advice you to make a complaint asap purely because they'll have pressure from higher up their hierarchy and you'd also have a log of formal complaints to refer back to if there are future problems. but making a person (who had an accident recently and still limping) wait for 5 hours just to tell him to come again is absolutely pathetic!Originally posted by harsha645 View Post

the only thing that is stopping me from complaining is the fact that we didnt have any other choice than him and he is taking advantage of that.Originally posted by therealabhinav View Posti've checked the oriental insurance website and clearly they have add-on package 'Nil depreciation top up cover'...i will speak to them directly and if they deny of its existence then i'll try to buy online! this whole procedure sucks! specially the hyderabad pbk! i'd advice you to make a complaint asap purely because they'll have pressure from higher up their hierarchy and you'd also have a log of formal complaints to refer back to if there are future problems. but making a person (who had an accident recently and still limping) wait for 5 hours just to tell him to come again is absolutely pathetic!

That is no reason at all Harsha! Just go ahead and complain. Bajaj and kawasaki wont take this lightly. How can they do this and expect to get away with it to a premium customer?Originally posted by harsha645 View Postthe only thing that is stopping me from complaining is the fact that we didnt have any other choice than him and he is taking advantage of that.

Once they took 2-3months to fix certain issue that the bike had and the reason given was unavailability of spare parts

yes Eliminator did have issue's with spares. Arif used to be good during P220FI days! But he has been getting lazier lately. he needs to change his attitude!Originally posted by harishsangwan View PostArif has always been like this. I have personally seen A-tech accessories in Japan and in the early days of my Ninja ownership, I seriously considered buying some of that. But A-Tech is super pricey, more so because of the spiraling exchange rates. The rear section+numberplate is around Rs.26,000, without duties.
I'd think the CBR250R hugger should be a direct fit.Originally posted by isodope View PostI've gone through Bluevolt's DIYs, but I don't want to fit the FZ hugger. There's a simpler solution in the R15, or even the Unicorn. That's what I'm asking about.

Its a shame that Ninja riders from Hyd have to face such pathetic serviceOriginally posted by onlinesatish View Postyes Eliminator did have issue's with spares. Arif used to be good during P220FI days! But he has been getting lazier lately. he needs to change his attitude!
There have been more complains than praise for Hyd PBK service. I use to think Ninja is one of the best buys due to good service, but I guess the same doesnt apply in Hyderabad.

I my sold a P220 DTSI only because of these guy's pathetic service! heck, they could'nt solve a carb overflow problem even after i left the bike for over a month with them. What more, i had 3 carb changes and yet it was unresolved! I like the 220 but its because of these guys am hesitant to buy it again!Originally posted by harishsangwan View PostIts a shame that Ninja riders from Hyd have to face such pathetic service

Before going to KRP, I thought just enquire about the prices and what all options they have.Originally posted by kiran_borra View PostRegarding KRP:
Guys did any one of you had previous experience of dealing with KRP ?
I sent them a mail inquiring about the KRP frame sliders for Ninja 250R and they don't even care to reply to my mail even after couple of reminders through mail and even call ...
I am afraid that if this is the way they deal with prospect customers, what would be the case after we actually pay up the money and wait for the product to be delivered
So, I mailed to KRP to enquire about the Frame Sliders and Hugger 2 weeks back but still didn't received any reply their side.
Called them last week, they said we have received your mail and will reply you in a day or two but noting thereafter.
During the call, when I said it's already week gone so they said we get hundred's of mails daily so can't reply the same day.
Gurpreet Singh had posted earlier that these guys are not courteous at all but they did a nice job on his bike getting these frame sliders fixed.
The Celebrity had ordered the same and got all process done smoothly in short span, it came to me as a surprise
as some friends faced problems in getting things done from KRP

This is a surprise for me as well!!!! When I shopped from them, they were quick in replying to the mails and the product was deleivered in a week's time. Wonder if the staffs have changed there now and that is why this issue is being faced.Originally posted by kariznin View PostBefore going to KRP, I thought just enquire about the prices and what all options they have.

That could be the scenario but from whom I got these views about KRP got things done 6 months back or may be a year or you may be the lucky one to get things easily done from KRPOriginally posted by The Celebrity View PostThis is a surprise for me as well!!!! P.S : Will be going this weekend to KRP to checkout what all they have and see if it's worth to get things done from there.
@ Kirran : If you want something to enquire about, let me know. I'll keep you posted.

Didnt get anything in Bangkok Kawasaki showroom. They in fact dont stock any accessories, so dont waste time going there.... other accessory guys i had heard of in Bangkok were too far away to travel to on this trip
