    Sir you sure it will cost that less ? IIRC that master cylinder kit having all internal parts it it will cost around 2700/-

    CBR's straight fit but longer in length, high chances of damaged in conjested traffice. Get ZMR ordered from ASC.

    FYI I have driven around 600 km since installing new pads, and only 15000 in the past 5 years! It was parked most of the time in initial 3 years (but I serviced it regardless of kms run every 4-6 months).
    Do you mean all ZMR you ridden have that problem as yours ? ZMR's front is powerfull enough to get wheel locked. Maybe you got your hands on ZMR's having damaged / fault brake's.

      The OE master cylinder kit now costs around 1300/-.
      It includes the reservoir cover diaphragm, piston with seals, push rod, spring and dust boot.

                    Again, thanks to all you guys for pouring out the details

                    I have driven brand new as well as old (well maintained) zmr's, not damaged ones. Again, they are good and powerful but lack the bite and reaction time. I use two fingers for front braking, and don't feel like using third one for other (modern 150cc and above) bikes. Maybe I am nitpicking and it's cuz of the weight of zmr! If that's true, I am not buying anything weighing above 140 kgs ever again!
