Today my ZMR GPD (Gear Primary Drive) has been replaced under warranty...cost was 439 Rs...
Now the gear shift has been smooth..finding neutral is very easy now...feeling more smoothness in riding..
Also, replaced the chain cover with an open chain guard cover ...attached images...Cost Rs. 80 including labor...shopkeeper says this chain cover is of bajaj...i do not like to quality...but anyhow works fine...

cleaning materials
guys what things do u use for cleanin ur bike?? i normally water wash it and clean it with a cloth.... but normal cloth contains some grain particles tat can scratch ur paint job (and the paiint quality of ZMR 2011 model is just AWESOME) heard about micro-fiber cloth somewhere,,.... any idea where u'll get it?? online or offline..... also one more thing i wanted to ask is.... what do u use to clean and shine ur tyres??
