I have zeroed in these tyres plz suggest me d best one....
    1) dunlop monster 110/80-18 tubeless
    2) michelin sirac street 100/90-18 tube

D guy who had dunlop told it has best grip among all tyres, its a pure looker n made for off-roading, but in other shops they told it has bigger buttons compared to ceats n d bike will wobble in high speeds, d grip is not so Gud etc etc

Michelin sirac street is a Gud Tyre but available only in 100/90 section n its tube type
Both costs almost around 2000 so confused which one to buy :-(
Large buttons may cause some stability issues at high speeds in dry tarmac, but would be very good in gravel, sand, rains and off road.
    Sirac is a better option.

OT - you need riding gear for the G2G.

ya dude , i am taking it to svc or pit stop who are professionals

          Dunlop Monster is not tubeless
I had monsters on my Gladiator (100/90-18 TT) and it had excellent grip on wet roads/gravel. Top speed did take a hit due to the extra weight and grip, and there was a big increase in tramlining on dry roads (The tendency to drift along the ruts on the road). That apart, no other stability issues.

Why is 110/80-18 not recommended for zmr? Any particular drawback?
I searched for psd but m not able to find one n one guy quoted 4.2k for a piece which I feel is not worth it

            • Even I thought it was tube type but when I checked d Tyre it was clearly written as " DUNLOP MONSTER 110/80-18 tubeless " it was looking like a 120 profile with huge buttons, will visit dat shop again n try to get a snap of d Tyre.

PSD is priced approx 3600 bucks. He might be pulling in a bit of shortage-commission. Do bargain with him and see if you can get better.

                      • the honda cbr250 engine oil 10W30 works excellent on ZMR, it has been 2500KM and the oil is very good still, and becomes extra smooth when the engine becomes heat while on long rides. I would recommend it to any ZMR owner who wants to try it. Thanks Ravi Varma for advising.

You are the only owner saying Honda 10w30 FS oil is good for ZMR..otherwise who so ever has used the oil has given a negative feedback..including me....

Honda's 10W30FS is marginally better than the OEM 10W30. Gulf Pride Plus 20W40 & Shell Advance Ultra 10W40 are the best choices. Personal opinion.

I don't see any other reason as to how it won't be good in ZMR. The Honda Throttle oil, being fully synthetic, should be better than stock mineral 10w30 oil. And more over, this oil is recommended by Honda. I too have used this in my Karizma once (recent fill) and its lot better than stock oil. Of course, I don't deny your experience; each bike is different in its own ways.

I knw last time wen I enquired it was around 3.3k but m worried about its life, is it worth spending above 3.5k for a Tyre which doesn last for 10k kms?
