if you want to put a tube inside than also it'll solve your problem, otherwise go to any bike/car alignment shop..what they will do is that they will heat up that portion of rim & strike it with a hammer if there's a slight bent..won't take much of your time as well.

That liquid plugs punctures automatically if there is any leak. He said it will cost Rs. 900. Is this the reasonable cost or is he just trying to fleece me?
I'm thinking should I spend that much on a 10K KM old tire, might as well change it, though that might not solve the leaking problem.

Reg Zapper Q, he said it will cost 2650. I forgot to ask if he was talking about 100/90 or 110/90.
Im using the slime in my front Mich M45.....Its used so that even after a puncture you can still ride the bike for a little more while till u get a proper place for mending it. The puncture repair procedure is just like Tubetype thingy....like remove tube and fix a patch. The slime only restricts the air to escape quickly. I had got my slime tube for around 700 bucks in Mumbai.

Yes, it was and still is TT tire. Hence, I asked the member to keep me posted on the TL since he mentioned about it specifically.

No harm in waiting for the dealer's reply. I too am sceptical, but let's see.

BTW, my Bullet CI 350 has a 120/80 - 18 rear tyre and it performs really well.

            I might wait a little more...but if I can't find a well-behaved TL type, then I'll go the Zapper Q 110/90 - 18 TT. What else.....

Don't understand how hero managed to increase the power by 2.2bhp with the same engine in karizma. Can anybody explain this......???

What about MRP Vyde?? It has got 100/90 -18 and is very good traction.. Currently I am using PSD for last 10K, don't know what next after it's excellent feel..

I think yes you can if you willing to spend money on it.

Piston , each sensor ( except bank angle ) , FI Pump , Swingarm , speedo meter seems changed from old models .
So it seems to be possible to get that extra power from old model by changing those parts .

There is an round cover on exhaust at the outlet end . Any one have any idea why it is there ? just for show ?

@ Divya bro congrats on becoming mod . BTW i think you have 120 section tyre ? Is it touches swing arm ?

each sensor won't get replaced but the ECU unit, FI Pump will be same, swingarm I heard is a bit different, speedo meter is same except the message for side stand..bore-stroke ratio is not revealed yet AFAIK so can't say anything about piston as well!!

hope the pistons are same so we can upgrade that 2.2 power boost for our bike in low cost.......

Guys, only 300ml of oil was left after using it for about 3000kms. I know that I have considerably extended the period of usage but still, 700ml had just vanished. I need suggestions as to what to do next. Is the bore to blame, just the piston rings, etc etc?

99% it is the bore and piston wear , and you need to change them....Get a compression test done to ascertain the same...

Thank you for the reply sir. But I've just completed 40,000 kms. Is it possible to wear off so soon? And hardly I cross 80kmph on my ride to college.
Still, where can I get this test done? In the ASC itself?
