Please read my earlier reply - get the fuses and starter relay checked.

Thanks Divya. I'll go for the change (110) this weekend. My Bullet CI has a Zapper Q and I swear on the bankings it can handle.

Hi rren bhai!! First of all with the harshness of the ZMR..its basically the huge fairing that is to be blamed which vibrates more as compared to the naked hunk! Other thing Hunk being a lighter bike might have a softer suspension as compared to the ZMR. A lesser cc bike has low compression ratio and hence small bore so has less vibrations also in its engine. I feel the same while i ride my dads Dream Yuga..the bike feels soo smooth as compared to my Snowy.
Lastly just as a hygiene check up for ur black pearl....check for air filter clogging...spark plug carbon...fuel filter clean up...fuel pump clean up...and also check suspension setting!!
And dont worry nothing is wrong with ur black pearl its just that characteristics of different bikes are different....:-)

Meanwhile friends i just got some cosmetic upgrades done to Snowy:
Painted rims glossy jet black and calipers candy red:

              Put thin red rim stripes:

Painted grab rails and mirrors in glossy jet black too!!! And this is how Snowy looks now:

Thanks for quoting me. I completely forgot

I recently did a Engine Flush and changed the Oil to Castrol Power 1 15W40.. The engine is a beauty now.. lifts off even after the engine heats up.. Back to form

I will get the Air Filters and Spark Plugs changed after i get my salary..

I will get the Fuel Filter and fuel pump cleaned in the next service.. I was thinking the clutch plates were the culprit. I guess I was wrong

After the flush, the bike does feel smoother.. I felt the acceleration better and engine vibes have reduced very well.. After I got this done, I made my friend ride it.. i never told him I did engine flush.. he said the bike feels smooth compared the previous day when he rode it.. he asked how and what I did.. I told him I flushed the engine and he got it done on his RTR as well.. he felt a great difference in vibes on his bike too..

By the way.. I am unable to see the first 2 pics.. can you please upload them again? and how much did they charge you to get this job done??

hi guys after a long time posting here,
my ZMR has been serving me loyally and reliably. i have done 25k kms on it and i am very happy on buying this bike. recently i gave my bike to a mechanic whom many of my friends having R15's recommended. He did a great job. my throttle wire(i guess thas what they call it ) was jammed and there was no free movement of the throttle. and for that he removed the tank and i was shocked to see so much dust acumulated there and i feel this is the first time the tank is being removed from the bike. there was another surprise waiting the front disk pad was unevenly wearing out. before this service i had changed the front disk pad. the mechanic said the disk pad was not mounted properly. later he sanded the disk pad and remounted it. I changed my engine oil to OWS engine oil and added an OWS engine protector. the oil made the engine so smooth, i never imagined that the gear shift and the engine would be like this in a zmr. i was so astonished. after that i took my bike for a 1000km trip and the bike was quite smooth but as the kms ran i feel the smoothness has reduced.i felt a visible change in the smoothness. what do u guys think about this oil? and do u guys have any ideas and solutions to make my bike shining and regain its orginal color any specific washing liquid or wax. coz the white has started to get a light yellow tinge. The total cost came up to Rs: 1,600.

1500 for the paint job (spray paint and then baking for hardening)
And Rs: 100 for rim taping!!

I don't think shell super has that much of an effect as systemG. My injectors were clogged even though shell super was used regularly.
So I switched back to normal petrol with systemG. Even the engine harshness has vanished and sounds much refined than before.

No prob for me till now...Btw how did you know that your injectors were clogged? You removed them for cleaning or you are just saying with the power difference?? Anyway am against using any additives regularly ( Once in 3-5 tank fills will be ideal IMO ). But system G has positive Reviews all over
