Had a tough time changing oil. The drain is now ruined. So next time also it'll be hard.

I think earlier PSR sir had earlier suggested using Pulsar's drain bolt. Is it the same one for all pulsars. Anyone tried it? I want to get a proper fix next time.

Did you put the damaged drain bolt back? That should never be done.

I change the drain bolt (regardless of visible condition of the bolt) every 10k kms, i.e., after 4-5 oil drains and the drain bolt O ring after every oil drain. (2-2.5k kms)
Yes, he was talking about P200/P180 drain bolts that come with a bigger head but the same thread size.

BTW, your drain bolt didn't shear off due to quality, it did because of improper tools and torque used to tighten the same.

Hello all fellow riders.
Have a silly doubt folks

Wanted to know how do you differentiate the TAPPET NOISE and TIME CHAIN NOISE
or
are both the same.

Also i some how managed to blow the High beam of my Osram NB after a long night ride

(low beam) , the bulb was just 40-45 days old.
Has someone encountered same problem .

For the time being managed a Bosch 60/55w H4 bulb ,but not happy with the output. Will change later.

Hello all again , Forgot to share a small experience.

This weekend had the wonderful opportunity to visit the MAHINDRA REVA E2o (India's first production Electric Car) manufacturing facility.
Was totally amazed by how excellently the whole plant was designed. The plant more of looks like a aircraft hangar (just my silly opinion

)
Also drove the E2o and have just one word to describe it - AWESOME !!

Sorry for going OT just felt that i should share with my fellow Mates

Congratulations on being the first on XBHP to get the ZMR. Awaiting photos and details on the bike. I am really confused as to getting the new ZMR as mind is saying to get the new ZMR but heart is not letting to sell the extreme as it is running like new bike. You have increased the confusion more.

What will i do with a superbike. Man you are planning to get me thrown out of my house.By the way did you ride the R1. How did it feel for the first time riding a super sports. I had got a chance to ride the R1 of my friend during college but i refused as that time i was too young so was afraid.

Ya, I loved the experience.

See, the fact of the matter is:
I hate giving my bike to anyone, so naturally I don't take others' bikes. With SBKs, its the same. I haven't ridden Harish's Busa for a long distance despite him having given me an opportunity 3 times. In fact, he has promised me a 25 km TR!
I rolled the ONE for 50 meters maybe, but that was enough.

BTW:
Busa's stance and R1's stance aren't difference by much. Just that Busa is a sofa! And huge!! And I love it!!!

Ya the Busa and R1 stance are the same but in fact i like the BUSA for the same reason, fees huga and the seats are very comfortable. Not to forget the BUSA engine is tractable as it has huge amounts of torque while in R1 it needs to be revved. Both are pleasure in their own aspect. And i also agree, i do not like anybody ridding my bike with the exception that if he a close friend and he himself maintains his bike then i give him. Else if his bike is not well maintained i never lent him my ride. I like the ZMR for the same reason its just Huge. In fact the extreme is also huge when coming to 150 cc bike. The extreme feels taller and bigger than most 150 cc bike. And well the ZMR it feels like passing the queen mary through suez canal and i love it.

Was just scrolling through the posts while i was offline....and statement above made me punch in my id pass and Like your comment..:-) Lovely statement there bro..!! @Divya Sharan bhai....riding the busa is really an awesome feeling.....once your on the bike and press the ignition...ur in a dolby surround sound enclosed room...!!:-)

I used this same add on for my ZMR, as such nothing exceptional difference but they say it cleans the injector..bike's acceleration does marginally got better since I started using it..It enhances injector's life.

PS - this bottle having 105/- print on it is now of 175/-..they increased 70/- just like that

Yes, don't refer to the price in the picture it's an year old.. So you suggest to go for it and have atleast the injector get cleaned. Does it increase FE? How it doen't reduce it.. Will check for it when I refill next time.

These fuel additives take time to show their work. Use it for 1000+ kms with 2-3 tank fills in between to gauge the difference.
The mileage wouldn't shoot up by miles, maybe 1-2 kmpl at max.
