Any proud owner have struggled with Fuel Pump? I got it changed by 9K after sudden breakdown.

My Cosworth.

Just after plonking in.

After 4k of riding through all imaginable conditions.

VFM Product, and filters like no other, still dont believe me? Compare a K&N and Cosworth side by side and the quality difference will be spot on.

My simota day after installation.. Should still look into its condition now.. After 3months.. As suggested by ashwin, k&n is least in terms of quality when compared to simota and cosworth..

How much did you pay? What all changes you notice? Is there any increase in FE?

Bro both pics are from zmr? The first pic is zmr but what about the second? And how much did it cost?

2500/- Labour charge was free!! Lucky me.. Changes were that the acceleration increased like hell.. The magnitude of which was only known when i dragged with 4p-220s with my friends.. Beat them in acceleration.. One of them overtook me but i gradually picked up and beat him. However there was another guy who had a same filter as mine and he was a few feet ahead of me.. Stock 220s were however no match.. A p-220 with filter however can beat zmr with or without filter

Hi all,

I have fitted 60/55 W bulb in my ZMR... Is there any issue with electrical?? Any heating of the coils and any chance of burning.. Can any one please comment on this.. If requires I will remove..

Both pics are of my 2011 ZMA. First fixed inside filter box, then got bored and plonked directly onto carb. Running on 140mains, shortened return spring and raised slide needle. Biking Nirvana.

Rs.1500/- for the filter. Rs.250/- for jet.

Disc pads can wear out as early as 5k kms or as late as 15k kms. Depends upon the usage. Retails for 1150/- here in Bangalore.
Regarding the fuel pump going kaput, its a rare case. But, I've heard at least 2 more people suffering from the same. Good that it was replaced under warranty.
K&N/Simota/Cosworth air filters - No idea. Enjoying the stock setup for the past 18k kms. Planning to keep it stock till at least 50k kms.

AFAIK, ZMR comes with a warranty of 40k km or 3 years whichever comes 1st.

No issues. I'm running a 55w halogen for over 6 months now. No issue so far!

Top speed is the same, around 126 kmph true speed, you only reach there faster.
