See, the mileage you cover on disc pads varies depending upon the usage pattern. There are grooves on the pads to check for wear.
Get it checked. Any mechanic will be able to tell you.

        The funda is simple,
If you are a highway rider (braking is minimal), you can expect ~10K kms.
If you ride mostly in city's B2B traffic (max braking zone), the pads may wear out by 6-8K kms.

P.S - In case you change the pads (get both F & R pads checked), bleed the brakes too.
Replace with DOT4 oil and enjoy!
Brake pads cost somewhere in the range of 1150-1200 INR IIRC.
        Got a $5 head? Get a $5 helmet.
Because everyone who passes, isn't a martyr!

Yeh brother , buddy tried everything.....the thing is have this vega dirt bike model helmet....and it doesnt come with a visor as it has a sun and dust avoiding flap on the top.....but riding without the visor is troublesome....lots of dust n breeze really irritates....and if i have the visor along with the flap....the helmet really takes a lot of swayys in cross winds....so had to give up the flap and had to keep the visor and so...it doesnt stay in the open position for long bro....it shuts on its own at crusing speeds.....!! Just to tell u buddy....i tried everything before i took it off....!!!! Im a member of the Indian Speed Roller Skating Team and so bro as a sportsmen i really respect safety and safety gears...!!! But it was a difficult decsion to take but...had too....but surely will get some solution for it the next time...!!!

Had been using Michelin M62 as a Tube setting since 9500 Kms.
Super satisfaction with excellent Grips and wet channeling.
Superb tarmac control and have never punctured in last 20000 Kms of use.
Do I need to say anything buddy?

Yes could be since in my heavy commuting of 40 Kms daily it lasts around 6000 Kms and rightly said by DIVYA!!!
Have changed my FRONT ones @ 5268 Km, 10951 Km, 17478 Km & 24712 Km.
While the REAR has been changed once @ 21359 Kms.
Now it lasts little longer since have changed my Riding pattern a bit.
Normally cover 40 Odd bumpers everyday, now guess that!!!

Buy one LS2 Helmet or SOL Helmet. Visors are really fantastic.

Michelins were never TL tires IMO.
M45/M62 are basically TT tires, but a few have used them as TL.

also; feeling from couple of days that i have to give extra throttle in gear shift as sometime RPM is getting very much low...

Yesterday; when bike was on neutral i just give a very little acceleration and bike engine get stopped...

Video taken on 1st Sept.....you can see i give a full acceleration and release...

Bro if u getting issues at higher RPM's as in when you rev your engine.....according to my limited knowledge....following can be the issues:
                              1. Get your spark plug checked
                              2. Fuel pump and fuel filter may have issues...get it cleaned by an expert..!! Last month i had similar issues of water entering my tank and the bike used to give hickups...!! So got the fuel pump n fuel filter checked and had a lot of water in there...!! And a lot of sand particles into my fuel filter...!!!
                              3. Check whether the passway for ur airfilter is not blocked....and also check your airfilter..!!

But amongst the three i have strong intution of possibility number two.....Fuel pump n fuel filter issue..!!!
