Now my bike is 100% fine.
The issue was with the chain-sprocket gone bad. I felt it was too early at 18K.
Anyways, I changed to a ROLON kit for the Karizma.
Cost me Rs 940/- (Bangalore)
Me a happy ZMRian now....

Fitment Cost of Rs 1000.00 for both Tires from MRF Showroom.
This includes cost of Valves, acid wash, cleaning and sand papering to give a smoothness inside the Rims.
The Best part is no modifications needed for Rear.
Chain Cover is intact and the Tyre breathes easily.......
Will POST pics soon along with the MRF VYDE spotted in 100/90 X 18 in the Showroom!!!

Besides the fitment was done very neatly with a proper machine.
The Rim was acid washed then thoroughly it was sand papered.
This resulted in smoothing of inside rims, the culprit of air leakages.
Only time will tell about the
worksmanship!!!

Yesterday again the issue of Bike engine getting stop re-appear....
No meter console reset or goes blank....just the engine get stopped...try to start but not started...need to give a throttle with start then only it get started....
Also, when i give a full throttle ...and release it...the RPM get low and engine stop...
Then take my bike to SVC in evening ....he check it around and says that need to view the values....will be giving this weekend...Comment

This is called as engine flooding.The Problem might be with the O2 sensor or the fuel injector or even when throttle position sensor goes kaput and sends wrong data resulted in increased fuel injection into chamber.When the combustion chamber gets flooded with fuel and there is less oxygen the engine stalls.Originally posted by veryhiphop View Post

zmr is equipped with bank angle sensor rite. I had a fall about a year back. Engine was on. But after i fell, it went off and would not turn on til i switched off the igniton and again turned it on. This is however normal. But when i had a fall about a month ago, the bike was running while lyin on the ground. When i picked it up too it was idling. Is there anyway to check if the bank angle sensor is working properly?ZMR- PGMFI re-definedComment

FI light will blink ,depending on no. of blink the faulty sensor / unit can be detected . If no blink then i think there is no problem in any sensor .Originally posted by veryhiphop View PostComment

Guys, a colleague's query at office has left me puzzled.
He saw a big bike last Saturday at MG Road (Bangalore).
His description was:-
1. A BIIIIIGGG bike!
2. It had at least 4-5 saddle bags ties to it.
3. He says it was NOT a naked bike. (though not 100% sure)
4. The rider's hands were not visible. Apparently they were within the fairing. (Assuming the bike was faired)
5. Most importantly, the bike was as large as an auto!
6. He says that there was a girl sitting behind too. Hence, HDs are eliminated.
I showed him the pics of faired as well as naked SBKs/Cruisers but he denied them all.
Bikes I showed him:-
1. Busa
2. Goldwing
3. Ninja ZX xxRs
4. Yammie MT01
5. Suzuki Intruders (800/1800)
6. Hyosung ST7
