'nearly equal' is a subjective term and specially in terms of grip of rear rubber , any parameters you have to measure the grip levels?

it would be helpful for all of us as well.
Well said MOHSIN but again some pointers.

PSD in not available in 100/90 X 18
    VYDE is available in 100/90 X 18

Do not want Chain Cover Cutting or Removing.

SIDDHARTH, probably VYDE is soft compound Tyre AFAIK.
Although since an unknown territory will only be able to confirm after installation.

Isn't it supposed to be pulled out after removing all 4 screws?
Yes DIVYA that is what I also know and could be opened.
May be it got stuck somewhere, I guess.

110 PSD wont require chain cutting, the michellin has a different profile so it would....i would suggest you to try with your tyre guy

Mohsin bhaiya, I have a doubt. The stock 100 section tire almost touches the chain cover. How can a 110 section PSD fit without any mods?
Have you tried it? Genuine query. Sorry if it offends anyone.

              Hi Praj,

The Bangalore-Kadambam thread (I hope I spelled it right) is almost a no-show.
People don't discuss touring there. I posted the same there almost 45 days back. No response.

Well, I'm from Bangalore too and I was searching for a riding partner as well because solo rides get boring, after; say 200 kms.
Shall update you when I plan to leave for a trip.

              Ride safe!

                Hi Divya,

I have tried PSD on Karizma without any mods, but i am assuming that with the rear disc brake on zmr, max to max what would be needed is a small cut on chain guard on the inner side, nothing more.

i had m45 and psd on karizma with no mods and then on zmr too had the chain guard cut a little

                hope this helps

yes you are right, open the four screws and try to loosen up, perhaps a nice idea to get the rear wheel off, just a suggestion

Do not forget to ask him about 'simota racing filters''.. Just have a look at it once and if he asks who told you, Tell another guy put this filter here itself to his zmr.. He'll know me immediately.. And give you concessions too(hope so!!).. Its a pretty good filter so just ask him about the details and mileage drops..
