i met with an accident today while coming to office.
it was not anybodies fault
it was my fate
there was a wooden slab with nails on it on the road and as i was following a bus i couldnt make it out from a distance so my front tire went on the slab and it skid and my zmr crashed and i fell down on the ground, but the good thing i did was i stood up immediately and looked back for any vehicles but to my luck there was no big vehicles like bus or truck and i was saved as it was tumkur ring road and always trucks or bus will travel in plenty,Gods grace was on me, i was left only with the small injury.
i couldnt lift the bike alone as i was having pain but( i also want to know the technique to lift the bike)
to my surprise nobody came forward to help me lift the bike as Indians really do that but they came after long time when i tried to lift it in various ways.i tried to start the bike but it didnt, i though it may be due to cut off sensor when the bike bends to an angle,i thought it was still on.i tried full throttle method and tried several times,is it a bad thing to do this?
i tried to call the svc but nobody picked and as soon as i called my friend, it started.
the handle of the bike is bent,
what can be done to remove the bend?
my right wrist and leg is paining very badly and i am typing in left hand as i felt like sharing this with you guys to add to this bad luck, i am sitting in office since i didnt tell my manager about my accident.zmrs fairing is really strong, it was left with few scratches and scratches on the exhaust

For bend in handle....it can be corrected..would advice to replace with new sets...also check for an front wheel alloy alignment...

can v replace the back panel and fairing to cbr250r or cbr150r since it has lot of scratches on it and vibrations too and i love cbr 250rs back panel and fairing

Hope your injuries are not major.. If i were you, i would quit half a day work, get myself treated and then to clear my anxiety, i would go and verify from the ASC the cost of repairs.. Hope you are treated by now by a doc.. As for split seats, yes it can be done but i have no clue about cbr's rear fitting in... And even when i had a fall, the engine would not start.. I had to switch off the ignotion and later turn it back on.. And it started as usual.. The fuel supply gets cut when the bike leans at a certain angle.. However when i fell the second time, the engine was still running even while i picked up the bike.. Strange!! As for full throttle ignition, avoid it.. When your bike is normal itself the engine will not start if you completely open the throttle and give ignition..

You can claim insurance, but for an amount as little as that, I dont think you want to.. Chuma you'll loose out on a bonus. When you have heavy damage at hand claim insurance.

Big day today. Finally saw the Red colored ZMRs. I had to pick one. Both were dirty and had a some scratches. Anyways picked the cleaner one after they agreed to replace the side panel and mudguard. Should be getting the bike next week. Very excited.

can we fit 100/90 halogen bulb in zmr. I am already running 55/60 halogen. Want to improve the light. I somewhere read on team BHP that a guy was using it in zmr with relay. So just want to confirm that can zmr headlight assembly withstand the heat produced by a 100/90 h4 halogen bulb?

Great... But since the bike is scratched, do a proper PDI before taking delivery.
