        • IMO,the stickering is not at all looking good, except on the front, between the headlight and side fairings. BTW, I fitted 35w H4 HID on my bike and pilot lamps, with a lot of help and guidance of xBHPian, Raneet Mullick, it looks awesome now! If u guys are interested,I'll put up some good pics. Do let me know! Bike is 1.5 years old now,but touch wood, looks and rides as good as new.I like to keep her that way, though! Love my pulsie!

            • Tank capacity...

P135's fuel tank is definitely bigger than 8 litres,
i asked the pump operator to top the tank, and to my surprise the dispensed fuel was 8.74 litres when already there was approx 1.5 litres in the tank , i said to operator that its not possible "tanki 8 litre ki hai"("capacity is just 8 litres").The operator was humble enough to ask to do the test, He emptied the tank and measured the fuel..after 8litres were measured there was still fuel left that i could see.
Could not pump it out because the pipe did'nt reached the corners.

But someone should report this to Bajaj, if they cant even measure fuel tank capacity, i can only imagine their level of Engineering in rest of the parts.
The engine capity is 134.66cc BTW

Happens with most of the bajaj bikes. Even in pulsar they claim storage tank of 15ltrs while in actual my friends have been able to fill till 18ltrs . Guess bajaj specifies less fuel capacity so that there can be room for the vapours of petrol (safe side) .
NOT BEEN THERE NOT DONE THAT

Not only bajaj, every bike has it. It is some kind of contingency part there must be place for vapor in the fuel tanks as it air locked. When exposed to sunlight some fuel vaporizes that's why there is kept some place as a contingency plan. So don't fill the bike full tank. Leave some place such as volume of 250ml fuel in fuel tank.

I would like to cover it but it would cost too much so i thought i would do it myself..

                    i am confused

That's sad.You can use good quality silver sticker for the job, works quite well, instead of going for painting.

                          pilot lamps are looking good.
how much did those pilot lamps cost? and if possible pls post some pics of the throw of light in dark, would like to see the hid's illumination.
Most motorcycle problems are caused by the nut that connects the handlebars to the saddle.

The pilot lamps costed Rs.200 a pair,10 head LEDs,very easily available and easy to fit. The HID is total value for money, the throw of light is excellent, will post a pic soon. Although fitting the ballast was a bit of a problem. Solved it though.
